  • Publication number: 20120223608
Abstract: The winding overhang of the rotor of an electrical machine is subject to strong centrifugal forces during operation, especially when the machines run at high speed. The winding overhang support prevents the production of relative movements between the winding overhang and the rotor base. These movements result in strong mechanical stresses on the winding bars. The winding overhang support includes an inner ring and an outer ring between which the winding bars are arranged in the region of the winding overhang, the outer ring being shrunk on the inner ring and both the outer ring and the inner ring being interspaced from the lamination stack.

  • Patent number: 8242656
Abstract: The present invention discloses a motor. A rotor and bearings are installed first and then copper wires are wrapped by a machine. Therefore, the copper wires wrapped are denser and thinner that a space filling factor is improved and an entire size of the motor is reduced. In addition to saving of electricity consumption and improvement of motor performance, the bearings are directly enclosed in two insulation plates to isolate from ambient environment, so that dust contamination can be reduced and noise from operation can be decreased, thereby extending a service life of the motor. Furthermore, packing and transportation costs can be even saved. Additionally, the insulation plates include plural insertion slots for insertion with copper plates which are electrically connected with a motor power cord. Thus, an inner stator can be connected with the power cord by plugging, so as to save labor work and time.

  • Patent number: 8196286
Abstract: A coil-holding assembly for an electrical machine has coil holders made of plastic and on which coils of a stator can be wound. The coil holders are formed and pivotal on an outer edge of a planar central plastic support by integral film hinges between a winding position parallel to a plane of the support and a bent-up position perpendicular to the plane. Thus the coils can be wound on the holders in the parallel position thereof and the holders are then moved into the bent-up position for use in the electric machine.
