  • Publication number: 20150084474
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a resin molded stator may include: preparing a straight winding core in which neighboring partial core backs are coupled by a joint; bending the core at joints and causing distal ends of teeth to face an outer peripheral surface of a core metal to obtain a core metal assembly including a stator mounted on the core metal, arranging the core metal assembly in a mold; injecting resin into the mold, covering windings with resin, curing the resin; and removing the stator from the mold and the core metal. The core metal may include a plurality of ribs projecting outward from the outer peripheral surface, the number of the ribs being between three and the number of the teeth. Each rib may extend parallel to a center axis, and each rib may be located in a gap between the distal ends of adjacent teeth.

  • Patent number: 8159105
Abstract: When accommodating a cage stator coil in a stator core made up of distributed cores, an end side distributed core composing end side core at an end side in axial direction is made larger than a central side distributed core composing central side core. The cage stator coil is formed by compressing a central portion of an original cage stator coil. The end side segment core composing the end core is set at a central portion in an axial direction of the cage stator coil then the end side coil is moved to an end portion in the axial direction. The central side segment core composing the central core is set at the central portion in the axial direction of the cage stator coil thereafter.

  • Publication number: 20120055148
Abstract: A magnetic motor automobile carries a magnetic motor and star rotor compressor to pack high-pressure input air into its on-board storage tanks. The compressor and storage tanks deliver the high-pressure working air and operational flows to several stages of compressors that boost the pressures during driving to very high-pressure, then ultra high-pressure, then super high-pressure, and finally to extremely high-pressure. A pneumatic torque converter uses jets of the extremely high-pressure to turn an input shaft of a transmission and differential. These, in turn, drive the powered wheels of a car.

  • Patent number: 7977840
Abstract: A stator winding for a slotless motor is formed by winding a magnet wire 22 into a single layer coil 24. The coil 24 is deformed e.g., by pressing, to form a double layer web 26 which is rolled up end to end to form a cylindrical stator winding 20. The coil 24 is divided into a number of phase windings 27 extending between connection tappings 25. The magnet wire 22 is a multi-core magnet wire formed from a plurality of core wires 23. Each core wire 23 is an insulated single core wire. Optionally the core wires are twisted together. The core wires 23 are electrically connected together at the connection tappings 25 to form a plurality of parallel electrical paths or sub-windings.
