Abstract: Disclosed stator core for motor is comprising: more than one stator core body; a fixing unit, which is arranged at both ends of the stator core body and fixes the stator core body to be a cylindrical shape; a first insulator, which is integrally formed by mold in order to wrap a part of the stator core body and a side surface of plural teeth simultaneously; and a second insulator, which is arranged to have a form corresponding to the first insulator, and which is integrally formed by mold in order to wrap a part of the stator core body and a side surface of plural teeth simultaneously through the assembly with the first insulator, wherein the first simulator and the second simulator are separated from each other by the section wrapping the teeth during the bending process of the stator core body.
Abstract: A two-phase or four-phase electric machine includes a first stator part and a second stator part disposed about ninety electrical degrees apart. Stator pole parts are positioned near the first stator part and the second stator part. An injector injects a third-harmonic frequency current that is separate from and not produced by the fundamental current driving the first stator part and the second stator part. The electric angular speed of the third-harmonic rotating field comprises p ยท ? t , where p comprises the number of pole pairs, ? comprises a mechanical angle and t comprise time in seconds.
Abstract: The invention relates to a module (6) for primary parts (12) of synchronous motors (7, 8, 13) which are excited by permanent magnets, which comprise at least one secondary part (9) which is at least sectionally devoid of permanent magnets. Said secondary part (9) is made of an iron structure comprising teeth (11) which leads to the primary part (12). Said module (6) comprises at least one permanent magnet (1, 14) and at least one iron rod (2) which is arranged on the opposite sides. Recesses (3) are arranged between the iron rod (2) on one side and at least one winding (5) is guided about the iron rod (2). An additional module (6) can be secured at least to one side of the module (6) such that the iron rod (2) engages in the recesses (3) of the adjacent module (6) and the modules (6) can be placed together in relation to various predetermined primary parts (12).
