Non-planar Lamination (e.g., Wavy) Patents (Class 310/216.054)
  • Patent number: 11368059
Abstract: A rotating electric machine includes a non-rotating member, a stator fixed to the non-rotating member, a field coil fixed to the non-rotating member, disposed on an inner diameter side of the stator, and having an iron core and a winding wound around the iron core, and a rotor rotatably disposed between the stator and the field coil. The rotor has, at a portion facing the stator, different radial dimensions with respect to a rotary shaft of the rotor between a one end of the rotor in an extending direction of the rotary shaft and a portion different from the one end in the extending direction.

  • Patent number: 9235163
Abstract: A development device includes a development case, a first agitating/conveying member and a second agitating/conveying member. The first agitating/conveying member is arranged below the second agitating/conveying member to convey the developer in a first direction. The second agitating/conveying member conveys the developer in a second direction as an opposite direction to the first direction to supply the developer to the developer carrier. The development case includes a first conveyance chamber, a second conveyance chamber, a first communicating portion communicating end parts of the first conveyance chamber and second conveyance chamber in the first direction, and a second communicating portion communicating end parts of the first conveyance chamber and second conveyance chamber in the second direction.

  • Patent number: 8026649
Abstract: Electric machine rotor comprising: an inner rotor element and an outer rotor element positioned more outwards in the radial direction than the inner rotor element, the inner rotor element and the outer rotor element being made of a material of high permeance, and an air gap of low permeance between the inner rotor element and the outer rotor element. The outer rotor element forms a shape-mating pair with the inner rotor element, the inner rotor element and the outer rotor element being shaped in such a way that radial detachment of the outer rotor element from the inner rotor element is prevented.
