  • Publication number: 20150001985
Abstract: Provided is a stator core for a motor capable of facilitating an assembly work and parts management without increasing the number of components while suppressing leakage of magnetic flux passing through a flange to a coil. A stator core has an annular yoke portion and tooth portions inwardly protruding from an inner periphery of the yoke portion in a radial direction, wherein at a front end of the tooth portion inwardly protruding in the radial direction, a flange portion is provided so as to face a coil wound around the tooth portion and wherein to the flange portion, a compressive residual stress portion M is provided.

  • Publication number: 20130002060
Abstract: The stator of an electric motor includes a stator lamination bundle which is provided with windings which pass through this and which in the regions projecting beyond the stator lamination bundle form end-windings. An end-winding shielding which is electrically conductively connected to the stator lamination bundle is provided. This shielding is formed by segmented and distanced shielding sections which in each case shield at least one end-winding completely or partly.

  • Patent number: 7876018
Abstract: A synchronous reluctance motor comprises a stator and a rotor, the rotor comprising: a rotation shaft; a first core having a shaft hole for inserting the rotation shaft at a center thereof, and having a plurality of first flux barrier groups arranged along a circumferential direction of the shaft hole and spacing from each other; and a second core having a receiving hole larger than the shaft hole at a center thereof, and stacked at one side of the first core in an axial line direction. A length of the rotor protruding from a supporting portion can be decreased without reducing a stacked thickness thereof, and a vibration occurrence in a horizontal direction with respect to the rotation shaft can be reduced, thereby enhancing a reliability of the synchronous reluctance motor.
