The insulator has an outer wall surrounding a central axis and erected to upwardly extend from the end surface, a plurality of teeth cover portions radially inwardly extending from the outer wall, and a plurality of inner walls erected at an end portions of the teeth cover portions. The coil windings are placed between the outer wall and corresponding inner walls. A passage portion radially extends and is formed in at least one of the teeth cover portions to pass the yarn, and the passage portion is spaced from the coil windings.
