Patent number: 9282821Abstract: A rack assembly has a shelf attached to a slidable mount. A front wall and a back wall are mounted to the shelf. At least one elastic element extends between the front wall and the back wall above a left side and a right side of the shelf such that the front wall, back wall and at least one elastic element define a contained area capable of holding objects.Type: GrantFiled: November 6, 2012Date of Patent: March 15, 2016Inventor: Scott Robert Miedtke

Patent number: 8303233Abstract: The storage and retrieval system includes a frame having at least two columns adjacent to one another. A track is disposed in each column, each track being generally parallel to one another. A plurality of storage units reside and move within the tracks. An actuator coupled to the frame displaces the storage units in the columns and a pair of conveyors move the storage units between columns to permit sequential clockwise or counterclockwise movement of the plurality of storage units within the frame.Type: GrantFiled: December 14, 2010Date of Patent: November 6, 2012Assignee: Worthwhile ProductsInventor: Stanley B. Patent number: 7850411Abstract: A storage and retrieval system includes a continuous track and a plurality of individual storage units stacked in multiple columns or rows. Each storage unit includes wheels for engaging the continuous track for selective movement along the track. A conveyor apparatus is used to selectively move the storage units along the length of the continuous track between uppermost positions of adjacent columns, so as to support the storage unit as the storage unit passes gaps in the upper rail due to intermediate vertical rails extending downwardly intermediate ends thereof.Type: GrantFiled: September 12, 2007Date of Patent: December 14, 2010Assignee: Worthwhile ProductsInventor: Stanley B. Patent number: 5205429Abstract: A tackle box has a box body with a hinged lid. The box body has a deeper front portion and a shallower back portion. Correspondingly, the lid has a deeper back portion and shallower front portion. The back portion of the box body carries a stack of interconnected slidably mounted superimposed trays which can be pulled out rearwardly cantilever fashion when the lid is opened. The front portion of the box body has superimposed pull-out drawers. The box has a bail-type pivoting handle with a lid-latching mechanism which only allows the lid to open when the handle is swung forward from a box-carrying position. In the top of the lid, there is a removable shallow carrying case which can be used separately from the box.Type: GrantFiled: September 26, 1991Date of Patent: April 27, 1993Assignee: Woodstream CorporationInventors: Andrew B. Patent number: 5057977Abstract: A pull-out lighted display includes a plurality of vertically oriented modules arranged side-by-side in a housing having an open front. Each module is removable from and retractable into the housing independently of the other modules and includes first and second opposed panels, connected to define a substantially enclosed casing. Each of the panels is adapted for displaying merchandise and a graphic depicting the merchandise. A light source is disposed within the casing for backlighting the graphics disposed on the opposed panels. Each module is mounted for rotation about a vertical axis when the module is removed from the housing to expose either or both of the panels for viewing.Type: GrantFiled: April 17, 1990Date of Patent: October 15, 1991Assignee: Triangle Pacific Corp.Inventor: Alan M. Patent number: 4500148Abstract: A display and storage unit is provided for accommodating a plurality of articles in an attractive yet orderly fashion. The unit includes a housing having an upright interior chamber with an exposed open bottom positioned a substantial distance above a supporting surface. Disposed within the chamber are a plurality of carriers which are arranged in substantially face-to-face relation and are mounted for independent substantially vertical movement between various selected modes. Each carrier is adapted to accommodate a plurality of articles and segregate same into a predetermined number of groups, the latter being disposed in side-by-side relation. When in a first mode, the carrier is substantially concealed within the chamber and the accommodated articles are inaccessible. When in a second mode, the carrier projects downwardly a substantial amount through the open bottom of the housing whereby any depleted groups of accommodated articles can be manually replenished.Type: GrantFiled: January 31, 1983Date of Patent: February 19, 1985Assignee: H. Patent number: 4489994Abstract: Storage cabinets for storing single sets of punches and dies when not being used in tabletting machines. The tabletting machine customarily employs a single such set of punches and dies. A storage cabinet includes plural horizontal trays providing plural horizontal nests for horizontally storing punches. It also includes plural horizontal drawers for storing dies that match the stored punches. The cabinet also may include a lesser number of door-carried vertically oriented punch nests for storing vertically oriented punches. All of the stored punches are so situated that their operative surfaces are protected against striking metal objects so that they will not be nicked, scratched or dented, necessitating repair. The cabinets are of a proper size for modular storage on a toolmaker's steel shelving.Type: GrantFiled: March 14, 1983Date of Patent: December 25, 1984Inventor: Barry E. Williams
