With Particular Filament Heating Circuit Patents (Class 327/550)
  • Patent number: 8259879
Abstract: The method is for detecting the eventual presence of an interferer that is adapted to interfere with a wireless device. The wireless device is provided with at least one receiving chain including an analog to digital conversion stage. The method includes receiving on the receiving chain an incident signal, and delivering to the ADC stage an analog signal from the incident signal. The method further includes elaborating or determining a binary information from a binary signal delivered by the ADC stage and representative of the level of the analog signal, analyzing a temporal evolution of the binary information and detecting the presence of the interferer from the analysis.

  • Patent number: 6411137
Abstract: A load drive apparatus for an electric load has a plurality of switching circuits having respective power MOS transistors and connected in parallel with each other to drive an electric load. The switching circuits have INH input/output terminals for driving ON/OFF of the power MOS transistors. When a high voltage detecting unit detects that a power-source voltage is high, the high voltage detecting unit outputs a high level to turn off the power MOS transistors. The MOS transistor of one switching circuits turns on and the voltage of the INH input/output terminal of the same switching circuit becomes low. Thereby, the INH input/output terminal of another switching circuits becomes low to turn off simultaneously the power MOS transistor of another switching circuit.

  • Patent number: 6084355
Abstract: A cathode heater of a cathode ray tube is rapidly energized either when turning on electric power or when returning to a power-on state mode of the Display Power Management System (DPMS) in an electronic appliance using the cathode ray tube as a video display device. A high voltage generation unit is provided for generating a voltage higher than a rated voltage of the cathode heater of the cathode ray tube. The cathode ray tube enables a stable video display to be presented in a shorter time period due to a rapid heating of the cathode caused when an initial heating unit applies a voltage to the cathode heater which is higher than the rated voltage of the cathode heater, according to a pulse signal which exists for a predetermined time period when turning on electric power or when returning to a power-on state mode of the DPMS.
