  • Patent number: 11620714
Abstract: A system generates an estimated floor area measurement of a building based on the calculated estimated total roof area of the roof of the building. This is based on a correlation between the size of the building roof and the size of the building. Typically, the floor area of a single full floor of the building is roughly the size of the roof of the building if the roof were flat with no slope. This in effect is turning the roof into a floor to generate estimated floor area. With additional adjustments to area measurements to account for multiple floors, roof overhang, wall width, internal building features such as walls and staircases, and/or obstructed views of the building in the aerial image(s), etc., an even more accurate floor area estimation may be generated.

Abstract: This disclosure relates to methods, non-transitory computer readable media, and systems that generate and dynamically change filter parameters for a frame of a 360-degree video based on detecting a field of view from a computing device. As a computing device rotates or otherwise changes orientation, for instance, the disclosed systems can detect a field of view and interpolate one or more filter parameters corresponding to nearby spatial keyframes of the 360-degree video to generate view-specific-filter parameters. By generating and storing filter parameters for spatial keyframes corresponding to different times and different view directions, the disclosed systems can dynamically adjust color grading or other visual effects using interpolated, view-specific-filter parameters to render a filtered version of the 360-degree video.

  • Patent number: 11507039
Abstract: In various embodiments, a wearable object engine generates wearable objects. The wearable object engine represents a digital design of a wearable object as toolpaths. In operation, the wearable object engine generates visual guidance that indicates a portion of the design based on the toolpaths, a configuration associated a nozzle of a fabrication device, and a configuration associated with a portion of a human body. The wearable object engine causes the visual guidance to be displayed on the portion of the human body. As the nozzle moves over the portion of the human body, the nozzle extrudes fabrication material that forms the portion of the wearable object directly on the portion of the human body. Advantageously, a designer may control the nozzle to fabricate the wearable object while receiving visual guidance based on the digital design.

Abstract: Virtual Reality (VR) systems, apparatuses and methods of processing data are provided which include predicting, at a server, a user viewpoint of a next frame of video data based on received user feedback information sensed at a client, rendering a portion of the next frame using the prediction, encoding the portion, formatting the encoded portion into packets and transmitting the video data. At a client, the encoded and packetized A/V data is received and depacketized. The portion of video data and corresponding audio data is decoded and controlled to be displayed and aurally provided in synchronization. Latency may be minimized by utilizing handshaking between hardware components and/or software components such as a 3D server engine, one or more client processors, one or more client processors, a video encoder, a server NIC, a video decoder, a client NIC; and a 3D client engine.
