The instructions when executed by the processor cause the processor to detect selection of a field associated with a setting of the configuration file, establish a connection with at least one networked MFD on the network, query the at least one networked MFD for a value used in the field associated with the setting of the configuration file that is selected, receive the value from the at least one networked MFD, and populate the field with the value.

Abstract: One or more processors receive resource type and capability information and activity information of workloads of a domain. A first model is generated and trained to map the resource information to the activity information of domain workloads. The activity information is decomposed into a set of activity core elements (ACEs). The one or more processors generate a second model, wherein the second model is trained to predict a set of resource types and resource capabilities of the respective resource types, based on an input of the first set of ACEs decomposed from the activity information of the workloads of the domain. The one or more processors receive a second set of ACEs that are decomposed from activities associated with an unprecedented workload, and the one or more processors generate a predicted set of resources to perform the second set of ACEs.

Abstract: Methods, non-transitory machine readable media, and computing devices that more securely facilitate data protection workflows are disclosed. With this technology, identification information for primary inbound and outbound queues is extracted from a registration token received from an administrator device. A registration request is inserted into the primary outbound queue using the identification information and one or more communication networks that are external to a data center. The primary inbound queue is polled using the identification information and the communication networks to retrieve messages from a backup service computing device that instantiated the queues and generated the registration token. Accordingly, nodes in a data center can communicate more securely with a cloud backup service via queues and without exposing any HTTP ports to the backup service.

Abstract: An integrated system includes a system user interface (SUI) that provides an iconic, at-a-glance representation of integrated security system status. The SUI is for use across all client devices including mobile or cellular telephones, a mobile portal, a web portal, and a touchscreen device. The SUI includes a number of display elements presented across all types of client devices for monitoring status of the integrated security system. The display elements of the SUI include an orb icon, text summary, security button, device warnings, system warnings, interesting sensors, and quiet sensors. The SUI thus provides system status summary information agnostically across all clients. Additionally, the SUI provides consistent iconography, terminology, and display rules across all clients as well as consistent sensor and system detail across clients.

Abstract: A printing system includes an estimation system that stores the dot count value and a stored consumable use value for a recurring print job. The dot count value relates to the dot count of a rendered image for the print job for use in printing operations using estimate settings of the printing device. For a later instance of the print job, the estimation system retrieves the dot count value. It also obtains the current settings for the printing device and applies these settings to the dot count value to determine a current consumable use value. Based on the current consumable use value, the estimation system determines whether use of the current settings will result in an increase of ink or toner use.
