The lens sheet includes a sheet base and lenses protruding from a surface of the sheet base. A transparent substrate is above the lens sheet, and a bonding layer that includes a resin bonds the lenses to the transparent substrate. Either the substrate or the organic electroluminescence units include an alignment mark. The lens sheet includes a groove formed between the lenses in the sheet base. The groove is used for alignment with the alignment mark. The resin covers a surface of each of the lenses and is filled into the groove. A boundary area between the sheet base and each of the lenses, which is located between a surface of a lens and the groove, is covered by the resin.

    Abstract: LED lamp has LEDs aimed rearwards with either a concave mirror to the rear of each LED, or one concave mirror to the rear of two or more LEDs, collecting the light from the LEDs to form a forward projecting beam. LEDs may be high power types that require heatsinking. LED lamp may have a lens forward of each LED to collimate the radiation produced by the LEDs into a beam, where at least one lens has at least one aspheric curved surface. LED lamp may have a transparent reflective optic to collimate the radiation produced by each LED into a beam. For an inspection lamp, the LEDs typically have a peak wavelength of 395 to 415 nanometers for seeing the area being irradiated but not so visible as to overwhelm fluorescence of fluorescent materials to be detected. Other wavelengths may be used.

The external refractive surface or internal refractive surface is a curved surface without an inflection point and the curved surface has a constant or gradually changing curvature; and a non-curved surface is formed on the other side. The variable shaped lamp overcomes the problems of conventional LED lamp strips having a low illumination and a non-uniform illumination caused by a direct projection or an installation of a conventional lamp shade, and a low light utility caused by a too-large illumination range.

    Abstract: A light fixture may include LEDs that each emits light into a particular zone on a lens, where each zone has its own focal properties. Each LED may be grouped into one (or more) subset(s) that corresponds to the zone(s) struck by its emitted light. The LEDs may be selectively electrically controllable, so that the amount of light transmitted through each zone may be controllable by the electrical control system of the fixture. Because light transmitted through different zones emerges from the fixture having different widths, the electrical control system can directly control the amount of light emerging at each width. By mixing relatively narrow light with relatively wide light in the proper proportions, the electrical control system of the fixture may produce light having any desired angular profile between “narrow” and “wide”.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods for fabricating electrical connectors of a waterproof connector-heat sink assembly of a LED light bar module using injection molding. The methods include matching the coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE) of injection molding materials for the connectors and heat sinks. A heat sink and conductor pins are inserted into an injection mold and the injection molding materials are injected into the injection mold. An integrated connector-heat sink assembly is formed when the injection molding materials of the connectors form a waterproof seal with the heat sink when the injection molding materials solidify. Placement of the heat sink and conductor pins inside the injection mold is controlled to ensure that adhesive bonding between the injection molding materials and the heat sink is stronger than a maximum shear force.
