A refractive index n1 of the first film is smaller than a refractive index of the channel filling portion is n2. The first film has a first region and second region. Channels in the first region are astigmatism holes for diverging the light having a high intensity and channels in the second region are light-converging holes for converging the light having a low intensity, thereby alleviating or eliminating the starry phenomenon.
