Abstract: Support apparatus for a chemical reactor vessel comprises a mounting system comprising a collar device (221) arranged for closure around the chemical reactor vessel, and a mounting unit (200) having a member (212) with a hollow, semi-cylindrical receiving portion arranged to receive and support the chemical reactor vessel when fitted with the collar device. The collar device has three radially outwardly extending lugs (223A, 223B, 223C). An upper surface of the member (212) is provided with recesses for receiving and supporting lugs 223A and 223C. A slot in the hollow, semi-cylindrical receiving portion is arranged to receive and support the lug (223B). A chemical reactor vessel fitted with the collar device may be mounted on the apparatus without the need for manual handling of the apparatus, allowing two hands to be used for lifting and mounting the vessel. The lugs (223A, 223B, 223C), recesses and slot cooperate to prevent rotation of the vessel when mounted on the apparatus.

Abstract: A mixing paddle for use in a conventional ice cream maker includes two vertical arms that have outer contact edges that exceed the inner diameter of the freezer bowl in which they are positioned during use. This enables the contact edges to effectively scrape ice cream ingredients from the inner wall of the bowl during use and direct the ingredients toward the center of the bowl. The mixing paddle also comprises two cross-members that have pin-wheel style shapes that move ice cream ingredients vertically during use. The combined effect of the vertical arms and the cross-members optimally and uniformly mixes the ice cream ingredients during use and ensures efficient cooling.

Abstract: A multi-functional stirrer includes a frame, a container, a beater and a driving mechanism. A circular rail is installed at a lower portion of the frame; a bottom of the vertical cylindrical shaped container is a conical shaped barrel bottom which can be driven to lift up and down by a lifting mechanism automatically; the driving mechanism drives a container assembly to rotate on the circular rail of the frame in a direction opposite to a rotation direction of the beater at the same time of driving the beater to rotate; the beater is composed by fixing a plurality of stirring bars onto a horizontally arranged stirring bar frame; a rotation axis of the stirring bar frame is eccentrically disposed with respect to an axis of the vertical cylindrical shaped container. The present invention has different functions of mixing, peeling, cleaning, polishing and dampening, etc., when the stirring bars with different structures are used.
