Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a message broadcast method, a base station, and user equipment. The message broadcast method includes: determining, by a base station, a piece of system subgroup information of system information of a first cell, where each piece of system subgroup information includes system information content that is applied to a user equipment group that corresponds to the system subgroup information. The method also includes broadcasting, to the user equipment group, the system subgroup information that corresponds to the user equipment group. In such a manner, system information that is generated due to a requirement of a new technology can be effectively reduced, and user equipment can be prevented from receiving information unrelated to the user equipment and triggering unnecessary behavior.

Abstract: A first cache of a first IOA is detected storing an amount of data that satisfies a memory shortage threshold. A request for extra memory for the first IOA is transmitted. The request is sent in response to detecting that the first cache stores the amount of data that satisfies the memory shortage threshold. The request is transmitted to a plurality of IOAs of a computer system. A second cache of a second IOA is detected storing an amount of data that satisfies a memory dissemination threshold. Memory of the second cache is allocated to the first cache. The memory is allocated in response to the request and the amount of data in the second cache satisfying the memory dissemination threshold.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing Channel State Information (CSI) feedback in a cellular communications network are disclosed. In some embodiments, a base station of a cellular communications network disables inter-subframe channel interpolation of CSI-RS estimates across subframes at the wireless device and receives one or more CSI reports from the wireless device that are generated by the wireless device with inter-subframe channel interpolation of CSI-RS estimates across subframes disabled in response to the base station disabling inter-subframe channel interpolation of CSI-RS estimates across subframes at the wireless device. In this manner, CSI feedback is improved particularly in embodiments in which the base station transmits a beamformed CSI-RS resource(s) and reuses the same CSI-RS resource(s) for different beams over time.

Abstract: System and method for a resource reservation network that switches fast between bi-directional co-shared sessions having different network paths. A session creation module (SCM) creates a bi-directional parent session (Sp), between first and second session partners, by: allocating co-shared network resources over a first network hop, and allocating network resources over a second network hop. The SCM further creates a bi-directional derivative session (Sd) between the first session partner and a third session partner, by: allocating network resources to the Sd over a third network hop, and not allocating specifically for the Sd all the network resources required for the Sd over the first network hop. And the network is able to switch between the Sp and the Sd within a duration that is less than half the duration required to create the Sd.

Abstract: Certain embodiments herein relate to establishing a personal basic service set (PBSS) before negotiating formation of a peer-to-peer group. A device may discover candidate devices on a wireless network (e.g., operating in the sixty (60) Gigahertz (GHz) range), and may select a target device among the candidate devices with which to engage for establishing the PBSS and forming the peer-to-peer group. A time limit may be implemented for forming the peer-to-peer group, after which time the device or the target device may disengage and discover other devices with which they may engage to form a peer-to-peer group using a PBSS. Devices may conserve power during communication of peer-to-peer messages by virtue of using a PBSS to facilitate the peer-to-peer group formation, among other benefits.
