Abstract: An image processing method includes the following steps: performing first guided filtering on a target data to generate a first base layer data; generating a first detail layer data according to the target data and the first base layer data; performing second guided filtering on the first base layer data to generate a second base layer data; generating a second detail layer data according to the first base layer data and the second base layer data; converting the target data, the first base layer data or the second base layer data to obtain a converted base layer data; converting the first detail layer data and the second detail layer data to respectively generate a first converted detail layer data and a second converted detail layer data; and adding the converted base layer data and the first and second converted detail layer data to obtain an output data.
Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for encoding/decoding images. The image-decoding method comprises the steps of: receiving a bit stream including information regarding an NAL unit type; and checking whether or not the NAL unit in the bit stream is a reference picture based on said information regarding an NAL unit type and decoding the NAL unit. The information regarding an NAL unit type indicates whether the NAL unit is a reference reading picture or not a reference reading picture.

Abstract: A display system includes: a host processor which outputs first image data and outputs scan frequency information and a partial scan enable signal, based on an image driving frequency; a display module controlled by the host processor; and an interface. The display module includes: a display driving circuit which controls a selection of pixel rows to which the data signals are supplied based on the scan frequency information and the partial scan enable signal; and a display panel which displays an image on selected pixel rows based on the data signals. In a video mode of the interface, the host processor divides and outputs the first image data through the interface during transmission periods, based on the image driving frequency, and suspends an output of the first image data through the interface during suspend periods.
