Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure involve systems and methods for a collaboration conferencing system to track a total number of concurrently utilized ports across any number of conferencing bridges of the network for a particular customer and one or more billing actions may occur based on this tracking. This may result in an alternate billing option for the customer's use of the system. Further, a telecommunications network administrator may provide access to the collaboration conferencing system based on a total number of concurrently utilized ports rather than on a per conference or per minute basis. With the information of the number of purchased ports by the customer, the administrator may more accurately predict an available capacity for the collaboration conferencing system needed to support all of the users of the system and the potential collaboration conferences.

Consistent with one example embodiment, an audio conference system includes communications circuitry and a caller interface, each associated with setting up or managing the audio conference. Menu options may be provided to validate or authenticate incoming telephony calls. In response to a selection of the menu options, an incoming telephony call may be prompted to select a callback number, and then the system monitors for a trigger event. A participant is contacted in response to detecting the trigger event, and the contacted participant is then placed into the audio conference.

Abstract: A system and method for producing a video-based group conversation for viewing over a network. Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining calls and contacts associated with calls that are contextually similar based on content of the calls. Data associated with a call include one or more utterances made by speakers and a set of values indicating relevance between content of the call and topic categories of the call. The disclosed technology generates a topic vector associated with a call and/or respective speakers of the call. The topic vector includes a multi-dimensional vector where each dimension corresponds to a topic category. The disclosed technology determines calls that are contextually similar by comparing angular distances between topic vectors. A search query receiver receives a search query that queries contacts and calls that are contextually similar to a given call and/or a speaker. The disclosed technology identifies calls with topic vectors that are within a predetermined angular distance.

The method may include, during a voice communication with a caller via a caller device, receiving from the caller device caller input data indicative of a voice input of the caller, without having first provided to the caller device any voice prompt that requests a first type of caller information, and determining, by processing the caller input data, that the voice input includes caller information of the first type. The method also includes after determining that the voice input includes the caller information of the first type, bypassing one or more voice prompts, of the available voice prompts, that request the first type of caller information.

When an upper limit of a number of people in a target group needs to be expanded, an expansion request is transmitted based on triggering by a first user on the target group. The expansion request includes an identification of the target group, and the expansion request is configured to request for expanding an upper limit of a number of group members of the target group. A second user with expansion permission may configure the upper limit of the number of the target group based on the expansion request. In response to a configuration by the second user on the target group, an expansion response is transmitted to a client of the first user, where the expansion response is configured to indicate a result of expansion on the target group.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for automatically controlling a participant indication request based on a context of a meeting. The controlling of the participant indication request includes automatic lowering of a raised hand. A context determiner determines the context of the meeting based on meeting data including video, audio, background acoustic data, and chat messaging. The context determiner uses a global participant indication model for determining a context that is in commonly used among participants of the meeting. An individual participant indication model captures participant-specific rules of determining a context. A meeting state manager determines a meeting state based on the context. The meeting state includes a host presentation, a participant presentation, a conversation, and a polling. A participant indication controller automatically lowers the raised hand based on a combination of the determined context and the meeting state.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to voiceprint tracking and anomaly detection. A computing platform may detect voice information from a call management system. The computing platform may establish voiceprints for employees and clients of an enterprise. The computing platform may detect a call between an employee and a caller attempting to access a client account. The computing platform may identify a first voiceprint corresponding to the employee and a second voiceprint corresponding to the caller. The computing platform may compare the second voiceprint to a known voiceprint corresponding to the client. Based on the comparison of the second voiceprint to the known voiceprint, the computing platform may determine that the second voiceprint does not match the known voiceprint. The computing platform may identify that the second voiceprint corresponds to another employee of the enterprise, and may send a security notification indicating potential unauthorized account access to an enterprise computing device.

In one example, a message from an outside party app on an outside party computing device is receive by an inmate app on an inmate device. The inmate device displays the message at the inmate calling app including a request for the inmate to call the outside party device during a time period. When the inmate initiates a call to the outside party the call is permitted or not permitted based on determining whether the call is within the specified time period.

Abstract: A communication server detects a first communication request from a first caller device to a second caller device. The communication server detects a second communication request from the second caller device to the first caller device. The first communication request and the second communication request both occur within a threshold time period. The communication server establishes, without additional input from the first caller device and the second caller device, an active session in response to the first communication request. The active session is established between the first caller device and the second caller device. The communication server dismisses the second communication request.

Abstract: Method includes receiving, at a server device, from a plurality of input devices, audio data. The audio data of each input device corresponds to a time-related portion of the audio data. The method determines a speech energy level for each input device by providing the time-related audio portion as input to a trained model. For each input device, a statistical value associated with the speech energy level is determined. A strongest input device is identified based on the statistical value. The statistical value associated with the speech energy level of each input device other than the strongest input device is compared to the statistical value of the strongest input device. Depending on the comparison, the method determines whether to update the gain value of an input device to an estimated target gain value based on the statistical value of the speech energy level of the respective input device.

Abstract: A call is merged with a virtual meeting to allow an audio-only caller to join the virtual meeting while bypassing one or more security checks configured for the virtual meeting. After the virtual meeting is initiated, a call is established between a phone device of the audio-only caller and a customer endpoint. A request is received from the customer endpoint to join the phone device with a virtual meeting. A channel is opened between the phone device and a web service associated with the virtual meeting. The phone device is then joined to the virtual meeting over the channel. To facilitate a seamless transition from the call to the virtual meeting, the call may be maintained as an audio channel of the virtual meeting for the audio-only caller.

Abstract: To filter unwanted sounds from a conference call, a voice profile of a first user is generated based on a first voice signal captured by a media device during a first conference call. The voice profile may be generated by identifying a base frequency of the first voice signal and determining a plurality of voice characteristics, such as pitch, intonation, accent, loudness, and speech rate. These data may be stored in association with the first user. During a second conference call, a second voice signal captured by the media device is analyzed to determine, based on the voice profile of the first user, whether the second voice signal includes the voice of a second user. If so, the second voice signal is prevented from being transmitted into the conference call. A voice profile of the second user may be generated from the second voice signal for future use.

Abstract: A method for generating secure deep links comprises generating a deep link generation request; receiving a videoconferencing meeting slot list, wherein each videoconferencing meeting slot comprises at least a location within a videoconferencing space of a videoconferencing platform stored in memory; and generating a deep link that is unique for each videoconferencing meeting slot, the deep link encoding at least the location of the videoconferencing meeting slot within the videoconferencing space. Methods for generating spatial deep links for virtual spaces for inviting participants, and methods for generating distributed deep links using data fragments that may be reassembled, are also described.

Abstract: Systems and methods for building and updating a relationship graph based on online chat communication groups are provided. In an example, a computing device receives chat communication group user information which includes user-group records each indicating a user and a chat communication group joined by the user. The computing device builds a relationship graph for chat communication groups based on the chat communication group user information with nodes representing respective users, an edge connecting two nodes indicating that two users are in at least one common chat group, and the weight of the edge representing the number of common chat communication groups that the two users belong to. The device further generates graph updates based on chat user change records describing user changes occurred during a time period and transmits the graph updates to a remote computing device for updating the relationship graph and identifying relationship among the users.

Abstract: A method for generating secure deep links comprises generating a deep link generation request; receiving a videoconferencing meeting slot list, wherein each videoconferencing meeting slot comprises at least a location within a videoconferencing space of a videoconferencing platform stored in memory; and generating a deep link that is unique for each videoconferencing meeting slot, the deep link encoding at least the location of the videoconferencing meeting slot within the videoconferencing space. A voice acquisition module acquires speech and video at each participating terminal. A control module can control the volume of other participating terminals and adjust the volumes of microphones of simultaneous speakers, to be louder, fainter, or muted, depending on assigned priority of each participant, for orderly control of conferences and as an overall recording.

Abstract: An information creating device includes processing circuitry configured to identify, for a plurality of applications, one or more files that are accessed due to activation or operation of an application of the plurality of applications during the activation or the operation of the application, identify, for the plurality of applications, one or more other applications that transmit and receive data to and from the application, and store, in a memory, associated file information that indicates, for the plurality of applications, the one or more files accessed during the activation or the operation of the application as associated files of the application, and associated application information that indicates, for the plurality of applications, the one or more other applications that transmit and receive data to and from the application as associated application of the application.
