Various criteria such as user preferences, and/or crowdsourced information are used as triggers to signal a user device with indications for a direction of view recommendation. The direction of view recommendation instructs or suggests to the user to perform an action to change the viewpoint so that they can observe an object that they may otherwise miss. Additionally, a pre-navigated video may be created for the user. The pre-navigated video includes a sequence of viewing directions and point-of-view changes to include viewing of objects that are deemed to be of potential interest to the user.
