    Abstract: A method and system are provided. The method includes automatically monitoring one or more voice communication sessions occurring on multiple communication devices to transcribe into text, by a processor-based voice-to-text transcriber, voices uttered by two or more respective participants other than a user in each of the voice communications sessions. The method further includes comparing, for each of the voice communication sessions, the topic of interest to conversation features derived from the text to detect a match there between. The method also includes providing the user with a summary of each of the voice communication sessions for which the match has been detected by said comparing step, the summary being based on the text. The method additionally includes automatically connecting the user to at least one of the voice communication sessions for which the summary thereof has been provided to the user.

The session is to be established between a remote device and one of a plurality of communication clients. Each of the clients is on a user device at which the user may participate in the session. In response, the system receives a request from that client that the option to establish the session with the remote device be made available to at least one client of the plurality of clients other than the given client. The system transmits notification data to the at least one other client to notify that the session is available for retrieval by the at least one other client.

When a user goes to work and connects with his or her office computer to the network of the user's employer, a secure single sign-on (SSO) access control procedure is executed. In a secure single sign-on (SSO) access control procedure, the user submits authentication information, such as a user name and password, to an identity provider and receives back a credential token when the identity provider determines that the user name/password pair is valid. The credential token is saved on the user's computer and used for further authentication.
