  • Patent number: 12142268
Abstract: Arrangements for voice enabled event processing are provided. In some aspects, a self-service kiosk may detect a mobile device of a user and a connection may be established between the self-service kiosk and the mobile device. The user may request, via natural language data input, processing of an event, such as a transaction. The natural language data input may be captured by the mobile device of the user and transmitted to the self-service kiosk or other processing device. The natural language input may be processed to identify the requested event. Based on the processed natural language data, an event processing request may be generated. Based on processing the event, one or more event processing commands may be generated. The event processing commands may be executed to perform one or more functions associated with completion of the event processing (e.g., distributing funds, activating a deposit receptacle, or the like).

Abstract: Systems and methods for automatic enrollment and identity verification based upon processing a captured image of a document are disclosed herein. Various embodiments enable, for example, a user to enroll in a particular service by taking a photograph of a particular document (e.g., his driver license) with a mobile device. One or more algorithms can then extract relevant data from the captured image. The extracted data (e.g., the person's name, gender, date of birth, height, weight, etc.) can then be used to automatically populate various fields of an enrollment application, thereby reducing the amount of information that the user has to manually input into his mobile device in order to complete the enrollment process. Abstract: A system includes collecting serial numbers over a period of time, and constructing a matrix indicating which digits have been used at which positions. For a second period of time, the system collects a second group of serial numbers and, for each of these serial numbers, identifies a feature of the serial number by comparing it against the matrix, and automatically updates the matrix with the digits and digit positions of the serial number. The features are received into an artificial intelligence model as training data. Further, the system collects a third group of serial numbers and, for each serial number of the third group, identifies a feature of the serial number by comparing it against the matrix. • Patent number: 11354917
Abstract: A method for detecting images of fraudulently generated or photocopied secure credential documents using texture analysis includes receiving, by one or more processors, an image of a secure credential document from a computer device. The one or more processors segment the image of the secure credential document into multiple regions. For each region of the multiple regions, the one or more processors extract local high-resolution texture features from the image of the secure credential document. The one or more processors generate a score based on the local high-resolution texture features using a machine learning model. The score is indicative of a likelihood that the image of the secure credential document is fraudulently generated or photocopied. The one or more processors transmit a message to a display device indicating that the image of the secure credential document is fraudulently generated or photocopied.

  • Patent number: 11341469
Abstract: Systems and methods for mobile enrollment in automated clearing house (ACH) transactions using mobile-captured images of financial documents are provided. Applications running on a mobile device provide for the capture and processing of images of documents needed for enrollment in an ACH transaction, such as a blank check, remittance statement and driver's license. Data from the mobile-captured images that is needed for enrolling in ACH transactions is extracted from the processed images, such as a user's name, address, bank account number and bank routing number. The user can edit the extracted data, select the type of document that is being captured, authorize the creation of an ACH transaction and select an originator of the ACH transaction. The extracted data and originator information is transmitted to a remote server along with the user's authorization so the ACH transaction can be setup between the originator's and receiver's bank accounts.

  • Patent number: 11244302
Abstract: Video frames of a document are captured. The edges of the document are identified from the frames as they appear within a field of view of a camera and a document rectangle for the document is tracked within the field of view. An area of the document determined from the frames is compared against the available area of the camera preview mode and a larger superimposed guiding rectangle is displayed as a guide within the camera preview mode. When a frame for the document is detected as having document edges that substantially fit within the guiding rectangle, the guiding rectangle is removed and an optimal image of the document is captured for subsequent downstream document image processing.

In some embodiments, a set of internal and/or external checks can be run against the data to ensure that the data is valid, has been read correctly, and is consistent with other data.
