Abstract: A paint tray bag is provided. The paint tray bag comprises a bag comprising dimensions for containing a paint tray, and optionally painting tools, therein. The paint tray bag further comprises a sealing apparatus for releasably sealing the bag, the sealing apparatus around at least portion of a perimeter of the bag such that the bag comprises a closed position for containing the paint tray therein when the sealing apparatus is closed and an open position when the sealing apparatus is open, the bag enabled to lay flat in the open position to act as a drop sheet for the paint tray. The paint tray bag further comprises an extended drop sheet which unfolds from the bag to provide an extended area for the drop sheet.

Abstract: A container for an orally ingested pharmaceutical composition has, in a container body, a pharmaceutical composition chamber, a chamber for an auxiliary substance for the pharmaceutical composition chamber, and a chamber for the auxiliary substance for a cap. The container for an orally ingested pharmaceutical composition is provided with said cap in addition to a container body. An inter-chamber portion seals the pharmaceutical composition chamber from the chamber for the auxiliary substance for the chamber. A boundary portion seals the chamber for the cap auxiliary substance from the inside of the cap. By the inter-chamber portion and the boundary portion being bent, one end of the container body is removably inserted into the cap.

Abstract: A delivery vehicle for delivering biological products to a surgical site is provided that includes a container for housing the biological product and a fastener that extends from the container for securing the container at a location adjacent to the surgical site. The container is a flexible container having an access that is moveable between an open position and a closed position prior to and after being secured to the surgical site.

Abstract: A bag includes an interior compartment defined by front, rear, side, bottom, and top panels. A collapsible pocket is disposed in the interior compartment and is defined by a vertical divider, a front wall, a rear wall, and a bottom wall. The vertical divider is disposed between the front and rear panels and is slidable relative to the front and rear panels. The front wall is adjacent an inside surface of the front panel and is attached at opposite ends thereof to the one of the side panels and the vertical divider. The rear wall is adjacent an inside surface of the rear panel and is attached at opposite ends thereof to the side panel and the vertical divider. The collapsible pocket includes an expanded configuration the divider is spaced from the side panel and a collapsed configuration wherein the vertical divider is disposed adjacent the side panel.

The pouch can be directly attached to the article through an attachment, placing the pouch within close proximity, or coincident with a portion of the article. The pouch can be made from an elastic, flexible material. The pouch can be attached in an inverted state to an article. A user can place a portion of his hand in the pouch, compress the article with both hands, and then invert the pouch while encapsulating the compressed article in the pouch. The pouch can have a flap attached to the pouch. The flap can be used to close the opening of the pouch.

Abstract: A liner bag for use with a warming device has an inner bag and an outer bag. The inner bag has an inner chamber for receiving and at least partially enclosing a container. The outer bag has an outer chamber that at least partially encloses the inner bag and that receives and encloses a heat transfer fluid that transfers heat to the container. The side edges of the inner bag are joined to the side edges of the outer bag but the front face, rear face, and bottom edge of the inner bag are not joined to the front face, rear face, and bottom edge of the outer bag so that the heat transfer fluid may flow between the outer bag and inner bag for more effectively transferring heat to the inner bag and the container enclosed in the inner bag. The liner bag may also have an anti-microbial agent for disinfecting the heat transfer fluid placed in the outer bag.

Abstract: Disclosed are improvements on a display panel mounted to a bag. For a display panel mounted in a pocket and with a retainer for angle holding capability, protective spacers may be provided. To hold a vertical operating position, alternative plug and socket, sliding and pivoting prop and pivoting prop mounted to a fixed prop may be provided. A bag made for display panel mounting may include an attachment area and including a display panel to bag front prop is disclosed. For display panels mounted with right and left free sections, a loop of material may serve as the free sections for quick mounting and dismounting. An electrical connection, specialized holder and removable display panel including free sections are also disclosed. The display panel may be mounted to the bag with a two panel arrangement where a cover folds over the display panel in a way reminiscent of folding portable clock.

At the gym the utility bag can be hung up on one or more of the locker hooks and, when the front panel of the utility bag is opened, all items in the utility bag can be easily accessed without removing the bag from the locker. The bag has a number of separate internally located compartments where each compartment can have a see thru mesh front panel which allows a user to see the contents of the compartment and allows air to circulate. The bag has pockets which are accessible from the outside of the bag which allow a user to quickly access a desired item such as a cell phone, wallet, etc. without opening the utility bag.

The layers of fabric are folded to form a first pocket and a second pocket. The first pocket is folded to form a flap. Opposing portions of the opening may include at least one fluid-filled chamber to seal the package. In another embodiment, opposing chambers themselves may interlock to maintain sealed contact. The package may include an auxiliary opening so that an end user can fill the package with articles of the user's choice. The auxiliary opening can be sealed at least over a portion of its length. In another embodiment, first and second compartments are isolated by the fluid-filled chamber seal, with the seal being selectively breachable to enable transfer of product from the first to the second compartment.

The container can be made from a unitary blank that is foldable to create a substantially triangular body. The triangular body includes a first and a second superimposed triangular chamber, each chamber having a distinct interior space for holding a dispensable substance. A first and a second access fin are positioned at each of a respective first and a second corner of the body, each access fin contiguous with a respective one of the first and the second chamber. The interior space of each chamber is individually accessible by removing a respective one of the access fins, thereby breaching it's respective chamber.

Abstract: Provided is a multi-compartment pouch with a breakable or openable inner compartment used for mixing of two or more ingredients contained within the compartments without opening the pouch to the atmosphere. In one form, a two-compartment pouch includes a top compartment and a bottom compartment and an inner gusset separating the top compartment from the bottom compartment. The inner gusset includes an openable region and a fold line, and means for grasping and pulling apart the front and rear panels of the pouch to cause the openable region to open to allow for the combining of contents of the top compartment with contents of the bottom compartment without opening the pouch. Also provided are methods for making the multi-compartment pouch.

Abstract: Food packaging of the present invention is particularly adapted for microwave, conventional oven, stove top and boiler cooking techniques and includes an integral pocket or trap compartment for receiving fluids created by the cooking process, such as grease. A carrying handle is provided on the lid. When unzippered, the apparatus becomes an activity mat and lies flat. Another apparatus includes two sides, a base, a flap, and at least one zipper pull that zips the sides to the flap. The sides resemble the outline of a car, such that the apparatus when zipped up resembles a car and when unzipped becomes an activity mat and lies flat. Backpack straps on the back allow the apparatus to be worn as a backpack.

Abstract: A process for making a detergent water-soluble pouch having a plurality of compartments the process comprising the steps of: e) making a first web of open or closed pouches in a first pouch making unit having a forming surface; f) making a second web of open or closed pouches in a second pouch making unit having a forming surface; g) combining the first and second webs of pouches wherein the forming surfaces bring the web of pouches into contact and preferably exert pressure on them to seal the webs; and h) cutting the resulting web of pouches to produce individual pouches having a plurality of compartments.

Abstract: A device and method for creating fruit juice utilizing a flexible bag having an upper fruit receiving portion for receiving a piece of fruit therein and a lower juice receiving portion, such portions separated by a mesh screen. There is a resealable closure member at the top of the fruit receiving portion. The flexible bag with fruit therein is then frozen and later thawed. The fruit receiving portion with fruit therein is squeezed to release juice from the fruit which passes through the mesh screen into the juice receiving portion which is accessible through a channel defined in the fruit receiving portion and mesh screen through which a straw can be passed into the juice receiving portion for drinking the juice.

Abstract: The subject matter disclosed herein relates to a storage apparatus having multiple compartments. In one aspect, a multi-compartment bag can be formed of a flexible material, and each compartment of the multi-compartment bag can have two or more seams and one resealable opening edge. The seams in each compartment can include at least one tearable seam that can include at least a perforated seam configured to physically separate one of the compartments from the multi-compartment bag. In another aspect, a multi-compartment container can be formed of a rigid material having one or more removable lids, an upper portion, and a lower portion. The upper portion and the lower portion can each have a plurality of compartments. The upper portion can be separated from the lower portion by an intermediate layer.

Abstract: The collapsible pocket includes five parts consisting of: one part static or rigid material such as canvas, one part pliable material easily folded, one part dynamic or elastic material such as elastic mesh, one part elastic cord, secured at the top of static material via stitching and also joined by stitching to top of elastic mesh, and one part closure system. The invention is a unique collapsible pocket able to be folded away when not in use. The invention can be applied to any type of carry bag and article of clothing.

Abstract: A container, or package, that is separable for resizing the container after the contents are partially consumed. One or more mid-package separable seals are positioned between the top and bottom of a package. The seal in the sealed configuration flexibly provides package integrity with an air-tight seal and connection. In the operated configuration, the seal separates the package into two sections, allowing the package to assume a size that is suitable for the volume of material remaining. In one embodiment, the mid-package separable seal includes a sealing strip that is adhesively attached to the outside of the package and covers a tear line/strip formed in the material of the package. Removal of the sealing strip allows the tear line to separate the package into two sections. In another embodiment, a connecting strip is attached to two sections of the package and the connecting strip has an integral tear line.

Abstract: A removable pouch partition clip having the same length of a pouch's folds. Said clip has a transverse hole at each end to allow the insertion of retaining pin to prevent the accidental slippage of the clip during shipping, which may release the partition folds and allow unwanted contamination or communication between the two compartments. Said clip has a figure of U. The edges of the U have reinforcement for increased rigidity. Each end of the clip may have a retaining pin that penetrates through corresponding holes in the pouch's folds. The retaining pins may be replaced with heat spot welds. Pulling the pouches apart will disengage the pins and remove the clip allowing the pouches to communicate.

The flexible pouch may further include a plurality of elongated baffles disposed on the skirt. The elongated baffles are operable to provide support for the weight of a filled flexible pouch so as to help the pouch remain upright when placed on its bottom surface. The flexible pouch further includes a gas pocket disposed axially along the side portions of the pouch.

Abstract: An environmental-protection kitchen-waste bag comprises a bag and a partition line. The bag has an opening. At least one first open/close member is arranged on the opening for opening or closing the opening. The partition line partitions the bag into a kitchen-waste compartment accommodating kitchen waste and a liquid compartment positioned below the kitchen-waste compartment and receiving kitchen-waste water. The partition line has at least one first hole allowing water in the kitchen-waste compartment to flow into the liquid compartment. The present invention can effectively separate water from kitchen waste. During fermentation, the present invention can recycle kitchen-waste water. The recycled kitchen-waste water is recharged to kitchen waste to accelerate fermentation, whereby kitchen waste is fermented more fully.

Abstract: The invention comprises a first (1) and a second (2) flexible sheet that are connected together to form a housing for articles, with an opening through which said articles can be inserted and which includes closure means; the invention is characterized in that, furthermore, it comprises a third (3) flexible sheet arranged between the first (1) and the second (2) flexible sheet, therefore forming two separate compartments (4 and 5), one in which a cold item (8), such as ice, frost or a chemical product, is placed and another in which an article (9) is placed. The arrangement described makes it possible to extend the preservation period of the article (9).

The multiple chamber container may include frangible barriers, preferably peelable seals separating the chambers from each other. The container preferably facilitates the selective activation of the peelable seals to permit the admixing of less than all the separately stored components. The container may include a chamber positioned at each of the opposite lateral ends of the container and at least one additional chamber between the lateral chambers. The at least one additional chamber may have a longitudinal length substantially less than the longitudinal length of at least one of the lateral chambers. This configuration allows for selective opening of the seals since when rolling the container from the top avoids pressurizing the at least one additional chamber and inadvertent activation of a seal.

Abstract: A method for implanting a breast implant into a subject, the method includes: providing a sterile, flexible, elastic biodegradable bag sized to contain the breast implant; providing a sterile breast implant; inserting, using sterile handling, the sterile breast implant into the sterile bag to form a sterile breast implant assembly; closing the bag to fully enclose the implant within the bag; and implanting in a sterile manner the sterile breast implant assembly into the subject. A sterile bag, which may be provided in a kit, preferably for use with the method includes first and second chambers connected by a channel for moving a breast implant from the first chamber through the channel to the second chamber without directly touching the implant. An incision dilator may also be included with the kit or separately provided for use in a preferred embodiment of the method.

Abstract: An apparatus for carrying foldable footwear that comprises a drawstring pouch having a side pocket that reversibly adjusts between undrawn and drawn states. When undrawn, the pouch is characterized by an opening at the top of the pouch that is dimensioned and configured for receiving a pair of foldable shoes in an interior of the pouch. When drawn, the pouch is characterized by a drawstring arranged on the upper portion sealing off the opening, thereby concealing the interior of the pouch. The apparatus further comprises a collapsible tote bag removably inserted in the side pocket, where the tote bag is configured to reversibly convert between unfolded and folded states. Abstract: A portable storage bag comprising a specially designed receptacle bag assembly configured specifically to be removably secured to the underside of stadium style seating; the device providing storage for personal goods which can be neatly stored and easily accessed. The portable storage bag system comprising: a receptacle bag assembly having a first receptacle, a second receptacle, two adjustable securing bands with adjustable strap fasteners; and flexible beverage container holders. The first receptacle is removable from the second receptacle in certain embodiments. Additionally, the storage bag assembly comprises a bifurcated totebag made of reinforced canvas material. The adjustable securing bands comprise hook and loop fasteners and are removably attachable about the chair seat to secure the receptacle bag assembly to the chair seat.

Abstract: A flood protection bag system includes a troughlike structure having longitudinally-extending sidewalls and a bottom wall connected therebetween, along with one or more internal walls, the internal walls serving to divide the troughlike structure into a plurality of bag chambers. The longitudinally-extending sidewalls are continuous and seamless between the ends of the troughlike structure, and the bag system can be made of a plastic such as polypropylene. In one embodiment, the bag system may be implemented in conjunction with other such bag system(s). Also, in one embodiment, a frame structure is employed to support the bag chamber(s) during filling thereof with sand or other filling material, in a manner whereby tension is applied to each of the corners of the given bag chamber being filled. Further, in one embodiment, the bag chambers are covered by way of a bag top that is openable or removable relative to the bag system.
