Abstract: A bearing closure device has a externally threaded ring that can be slid onto a roll journal. One stop close to the roll barrel and one stop away from the roll barrel are provided on the roll journal in order to limit the axial movement of the threaded ring. A ring nut with an internal thread is screwed onto the external thread of the threaded ring. To facilitate safe screwing on and unscrewing of the ring nut and to keep screws pressure-free during the operation of the bearing a pressure ring is mounted between the bearing and the threaded ring in an axially displaceable manner. In addition, a plurality of screws can be screwed into axial threaded bores in the threaded ring in order to press against the pressure ring in the axial direction. Finally, the ring nut can be screwed or adjusted against the pressure ring.

  • Patent number: 9120198
Abstract: More specifically during manufacture of hydraulic cylinders for the crane industry, tubular bodies must be rolled on their inner and/or outer surfaces, in order to be able to ensure a sufficient durability of the hydraulic cylinders. Tools with a rolling body guide are used for this. The disadvantage of the prior art is that the replacement of a rolling body guide leads to immobilization times. The present invention therefore proposes an improvement to the prior art with a rolling body guide for receiving and feeding rolling bodies which are used for finish rolling or roller compression of an inner or outer surface of a tubular body and where the rolling body guide has at least two defined detachable receiving sections, so that a modular assembly of the rolling body guide is realizable.

Abstract: The thickness of a crossed roller bearing is reduced and attachment of a lid member 17 to a loading hole 16 from which rollers 15 are loaded is facilitated. Raceway grooves 13, 14 are respectively formed in an inner ring 11 and an outer ring 12. The rollers are loaded from the loading hole formed in the outer ring, and interposed between the raceway grooves. The axes of the adjacent rollers lie at right angles to each other. The loading hole is covered by the lid member. A flange 22 is provided on an outer periphery of the outer ring, and has an outer end face 22a that is approximately flush with an end face of the outer ring and an inner end face 22b that is either in a position in alignment with or in an inner position across outer ends of the raceway grooves in an axial direction.

Abstract: A cross-roller bearing with plug, which has the high stiffness enough to allow the cross-roller bearing to turn with causing no jar or wobble, and also the production process to realize the cross-roller bearing with plug with ease and accuracy. With the cross-roller bearing with plug, more than one roller fills the space between the outside and inside races through a loading bore cut in any one of the races, and then a plug fits into the loading bore. The plug experiences cutting on its outside surface at the same time with the cutting of the circular outside surface of the outside race at once. The inside surface of the plug is also worked together with the cutting of the raceway surface around the inside circular surface of the outside race at a time.
