The main body has an entrance, a plurality of storage pockets, and a display pocket. The entrance has a first fastener. The plurality of storage pockets defines a first pocket formed between the main body and a storage sheet. The storage sheet is sewn to the main body on a first edge and secured to the main body on a second edge by a second fastener. The display pocket defines a second pocket formed between the main body and a transparent or translucent cover sheet. The cover sheet is sewn to the main body on a third edge and secured to the main body on a fourth edge by a third fastener, and faces the enclosure.

Abstract: A banner support system comprising a first support pole supporting a winch, a first support line coupler, a second support line coupler, a first aperture, a first access port, and a second access port. A second support pole comprises a third anchor point, a fourth anchor point, a second aperture, and a third access port. The upper support line is coupled to the first support line coupler and the third support line coupler, and the lower support line is coupled to the second support line coupler and the fourth support line coupler. The banner is slidably coupled to the upper support line and the lower support line. The first tensioning line is coupled to the winch and extends from the first aperture and is coupled to a first end of the banner. The second tensioning line extends from the second aperture to a second end of the banner.

Abstract: In general, the disclosure is directed to a temporary maintenance sign for a toilet including a first adherence mechanism and a second adherence mechanism, such as a suction cup or a locking suction cup that includes a pressure lever. The temporary maintenance sign further includes a flexible body that connects to the first adherence mechanism on a first end of the flexible body and connects to the second adherence mechanism on a second end of the flexible body. The flexible body may be made out of a semi-rigid metal, a semi-rigid plastic, a semi-rigid fiberglass, a semi-rigid rubber, a flexible metal, a flexible plastic, a flexible fiberglass, or a flexible rubber, among other things.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a decorative and removable cover for wrapping and protecting fences and gates. The cover is made of weatherproof, durable, tear resistant, and decorative material. More specifically, the cover includes a front covering member and a rear covering member for covering the fence from opposing sides. The covering members can be coupled/sewn at one or more edges or can be independent of each other. The cover includes a plurality of extension bands that are used for securing the cover onto the fence. The cover extends generally between the posts and between the top rail and the bottom rail of the fence. Users apply the cover as a temporary modification to the fence or gate which is in accordance with rules of homeowners' associations. The cover comes in a variety of sizes, colors, themes, and designs.

Abstract: A flexible fade resistant posted marker sign based on a flexible substrate and fade resistant coating that can bend to lock onto a studded flanged post by positioning the sign ends between the studs on the post with the body arching across and over middle studs on the post with the sign being wide enough to span across the flanges of the post and be secured with wire passing through holes positioned to place the wire at the sides of the width of the post to inhibit vertical, horizontal, and twisting movement of the sign while still maintaining a continuous center section of the sign for use as a colored warning blaze.

Abstract: A label and bundling assembly is disclosed that includes a label having a first end and a second end, an attachment component having a first point, a second point, a top side and an underside comprising a waterproof adhesive, wherein the adhesive is fully coated on the underside, and a bunching component, wherein the first point of the attachment component is coupled with the second end of the label, wherein the bunching component is secured to the adhesive of the attachment component, and wherein the second point of the attachment component is brought around a portion of the bunching component and the underside of the second point of the attachment component is brought into contact with the underside of the first point, such that the first point, the second point, and the bunching component form a waterproof seal. Methods of using contemplated embodiments are also disclosed.

An element collector covers a front surface of the cover member.

Abstract: A stretcher frame apparatus and methods for stretching and mounting a fabric, such as canvas, to a supporting surface, such as a wall. The apparatus has two opposing elongated frame members that are attached to opposite sides of a fabric. When the frame members are first mounted to the wall, the fabric will have slack, but the fabric is made taut when the user inserts removable elongated tension member(s) between the wall and rear side of the fabric. Preferably, two tension members are inserted between the wall and the mounted fabric and then slid in opposite directions toward the mounted frame members. This apparatus and method allows a user to forgo cumbersome four-sided box frames, and instead provides a simple, easy to use apparatus for mounting decorative fabric-based images to a wall.

Abstract: A netting apparatus adapted to display advertising content at a sporting event is disclosed. The netting apparatus comprises a net and a plurality of mesh netting pieces. The net may comprise an open mesh netting, wherein the open mesh netting is adapted to safely stop a ball without significant obstruction of view through the open mesh netting. The mesh netting may also include a plurality of cut-out portions. Each piece of the plurality of mesh netting pieces may be colored and each piece may be in the shape of a logo such that each piece corresponds to a one of the plurality of cut-out portions on the net. Each piece may be attached to the net such that the net and the plurality of mesh netting pieces do not overlap each other with each mesh netting piece located within the corresponding cut-out portion of the net.

Abstract: Herein is described my flag protection assembly that prevents flag deterioration from heat, humidity, wind, rain and other adverse environmental conditions. In some embodiments the flag protection assembly also prevents flag deterioration from ultraviolet light. My flag protection assembly does not require motorized, computerized or other electrical components to fully extend the flexible covering and enclosed flag from a support. My flag protection assembly preferably includes a flexible cover through which a short rod initially inserts. A flag is coiled around this short rod and the rod is then placed within the upper interior of the flexible cover. The flag is thereafter uncoiled within the flexible cover while the rod is removed through an opening in the bottom edge of the flexible cover.

Abstract: A picture frame molding according to one embodiment includes an elongated body that has an exterior wall, a first channel formed therein for receiving a first member, and a second channel formed therein for receiving a second member. The first and second channels are at least substantially parallel to one another. The elongated body also includes an interior angled wall that is joined to the exterior wall and is formed at an angle thereto. The interior angled wall includes a track that receives an object, such as matboard. The track faces away from the exterior wall and is formed between and at an angle to the first and second channels.

Abstract: A double wide pole bracket and banner system is used to apply banners to poles. The double wide pole bracket system uses slotted, typically steel channel brackets that are affixed to the pole using long, slotted hose clamps with Neoprene pads to protect the pole and prevent slipping. The banner itself can be designed to attach to the brackets with zip ties with a reinforced cutout in the center of the top and bottom hem that permits mounting without infringing on the view of the banner's content. The double wide pole bracket and banner system permits a significantly wider, stronger and more taut pole bracket and banner solution as compared to conventional solutions. The banners can be, for example, as wide as five feet of continuous banner, making the message visible and understandable.

Abstract: An advertising system for a bollard includes a bollard shield that can be installed over a conventional bollard. The bollard shield includes a shield inner diameter greater than the bollard outer diameter, forming a shield gap between the bollard and the bollard shield. One or more compressible foam pads are positioned in the shield gap between the bollard and the bollard shield. A resilient bollard sheath can be rolled onto the bollard shield. The bollard sheath includes advertising or graphical materials disposed thereon. The bollard sheath is generally replaceable without replacing the entire bollard shield. A removable sheath panel may be detachably secured on the bollard sheath to provide additional advertising or graphical material. The sheath panel may be interchangeably and replaced with additional sheath panels having different advertising information.

Abstract: A mounting system and method for tautly mounting a flexible material sign includes a plurality of mounting springs affixed to an associated sign structure. Each of the plurality of mounting springs includes a base portion, a grasping portion and a spring portion. The base portion is adapted to be secured to an associated sign structure, such as a structure to which the flexible material sign is to be mounted, a frame or similar structure surrounding the flexible material sign, etc. The grasping portion includes a finger adapted to be received within an aperture of the flexible material sign. The spring portion is disposed between the base portion and the grasping portion for applying a tension to the flexible material sign.

Abstract: Provided is a portable display panel system including a rack, upper and lower rods having pairs of upper and a lower holder ribs, and a cloth or a panel of a printable material. Each of the rods has a through-cavity. An elastic string extends through each of the upper and lower holder ribs and is attached to the outer ends of the outermost rods. Male and female couplings are arranged at the abutting ends of the rods arranged in pairs, which may be brought together in either two positions, which are turned by 180°, or four positions which are turned by 90° relative to each other. At least one pair of the rods are bent or angled.

The spreaders are movable along the spine under urging of a spreader drive mechanism between a retracted condition of the frame in which the spreaders are located proximate one another, and an extended condition of the frame (illustrated) in which the spreaders are remote from one another. The spring arrangement comprises a spring that extends along a predetermined length of the rod and an elastic band that is looped through the length of the rod down the interior of the spring and around the exterior of the rod. The banner may be curved and posed by flexing the rod at the location of the spring. This curve is then retained in the banner by a balancing tension in the exterior portion of the elastic band between the ends of the rod. In some embodiments, the display arrangement is connected to one or more similar arrangements so that their banners form a continuous display.

The frame member is adjustable to maintain the tension in the advertising panel so that the indicia are clearly displayed.

Abstract: A retractable double-sided banner stand has a base, two upright posts, a crossbar, and a single banner with graphic image(s) disposed on both sides of the banner. The base generally includes a housing, two housing end cap assemblies, a single core, and a retracting mechanism. The banner is wound around the core, and the retracting mechanism unwinds and winds the banner with respect to the core. The leading edge of the banner is attached to the crossbar, which is wider than the width of the banner. The banner stand has an erect upright mode for displaying the images(s), and a collapsed mode for transporting the banner stand. In the erect mode, the upright posts are retained in the base by means of a quick-release locking mechanism, the banner extends upwardly from the base, and the crossbar engages with, and is supported by, the upper portion of each of the upright posts.

Abstract: A display arrangement comprises a banner, one edge of which is secured to a hollow, flexible rod. A spring arrangement is located within the rod. The spring arrangement comprises a spring that extends along a predetermined length of the rod and an elastic band that is looped through the length of the rod down the interior of the spring and around the exterior of the rod. The base may include a housing with a pair of floor engaging saddles, each saddle with a pair of feet portions extending forwardly and rearwardly from the housing on two ends of the housing, the feet having the sockets for receiving said vertical poles.

Adjacent edges of the banners are adapted to overlap one another by a predetermined overlap area. The overlap area of one banner bears identical material to the overlap area of the other banner. Each banner is secured to a first rod along another edge and these rods are adapted to connect together in such a way that the banners are retained in a side-by-side relationship with said predetermined overlap banner areas overlapping one another. This forms a continuous display across the two banners so that the display arrangement gives the appearance of comprising only a single banner, the joint between the banners being difficult to discern. In some embodiments, one of the banners is secured to a roller-banner stand that is adapted to connect to and thereby support the other banner.

The covering has at least one smooth glossy surface that is adapted to be written on by a dry erasable marker and, from which the writing can be erased using a cloth. The assembly also includes a flexible pouch having side walls and an opening of a size for receiving the loop in its folded position but not in its large-diameter display position and a dry erasable marker for erasably writing on the at least one surface.

Abstract: A side shade for an awning includes a mounting member having a top end, a bottom end, a hook at the top end and a vertical groove extending from the top end to the bottom end. The mounting member is removably connectable by the hook to the awning near an attachment support of the awning. At least a portion of a stiffening member and a first vertical side of the fabric panel are slidingly disposed within the vertical groove of the mounting member. When assembled and attached to the awning the fabric panel of the side shade is vertically adjustably positionable above or below a lateral side of a predominantly horizontal panel of the awning so that there is no vertical gap between the panel of the awning and the fabric panel of the side shade through which direct light can penetrate.

One end of the first tube is jacketed by a securing base, and the washer, the triggering member and the rope are locked onto the securing cylinder by a bolt. Another end of the first tube is jacketed by the first plug that has a base, a positioning member, a spring, and a cover. A first positioning member of the securing base and a second positioning member of the first plug enable the first tube to be hung between the two mounting supports.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a banner hem sealing apparatus for use with impulse sealer and method of using the same. The apparatus is designed to reduce the misalignment problem caused when an impulse sealer is used to hem a banner. The apparatus is comprised of: a first member which comprises a tray and the means to mount to a second member; the second member which comprises an opening, a fence, a backplate, and the means to mount to the first member.

Abstract: A light box display configured for frontal access to change out graphics and to perform maintenance tasks. This is accomplished in the present invention while assuring that the graphics is held in a state of moderate tension to retain the graphics in a flat and properly oriented configuration. In the preferred embodiment, the light box comprises a moveable interior frame to which the graphics sheet and diffuser are both secured. The moveable interior frame rests on a plurality of upper and lower slides which facilitate movement of the inner frame. Such movement is controlled, in part, by at least one pneumatic piston which biases the frame toward the front of the light box and provides a mechanical lock that holds the frame in its rearward position to facilitate frontal access. The graphics sheet is held in place along the top and bottom front peripheral edges of the moveable frame by a plurality of spring-biased wire connection members within roller guides.

Abstract: A banner stand including a banner presenting graphics thereon, a base and a post operably coupled to the base and extending upwardly therefrom, and a support member operably coupleable with the post to support the banner in an upright display mode and to convert the banner to a curved configuration, wherein when the banner is the upright curved display mode, the banner includes a banner axis along a length thereof, the banner axis in a first position at an angle relative to an absolute vertical, wherein the angle is greater than zero degrees. The banner stand can further include an adjuster presented with the base and configured to enable adjustment of the post, such that the banner axis is effected to a second position, wherein the angle is substantially equal to zero degrees with respect to absolute vertical.
