Abstract: Exemplary embodiments are generally directed to clips and associated systems and methods for securing elongated label tracks. Exemplary embodiments include a top portion, an intermediate portion and a bottom portion. The top portion can be configured to secure to a top surface of a shelf or base deck. The intermediate portion can be configured to retain a portion of an elongated label track against a front face of the shelf or base deck. The bottom portion can be configured to engage a bottom surface of the shelf or base deck and support the elongated label track. The intermediate portion can extend at a first angle with respect to the top portion and a second angle with respect to the bottom portion.

Abstract: A securing base includes a base seat unit and a clamp unit. The base seat unit includes a base seat formed with a receiving groove, and a securing plate secured to the base seat. The clamp unit includes a clamp member and a bolt member. The clamp member has an engaging segment disposed within the receiving groove, and a clamp segment disposed outside of the base seat unit. The bolt member extends drivingly through the engaging segment and extends rotatably into the securing plate. Rotation of the bolt member drives the clamp member to move along the bolt member, thereby moving the clamp segment to be distal from or proximate to the securing plate.

The cartridge housing defines a channel configured for receipt of the cartridge assembly. The cartridge housing includes a base portion and a plurality of tabs. The base portion has a concave inner edge and a convex outer edge. The tabs extend from the concave inner edge and the convex outer edge. The tabs are spaced from one another along a length of the cartridge housing.

Abstract: A sign holder includes a sign sleeve having a width and being defined by a viewing flange, a base flange and a first joint that couples the viewing flange to the base flange. At least one protruding member has a width and is coupled to and extends from the base flange at an at least one second joint. The leg portion is oriented relative to the base flange by a first angle and each hook portion is oriented relative to the leg portion by a second angle. Abstract: The present invention is directed toward a terminal marker used to identify a terminal block. The terminal marker includes a front having a print surface, a back, sides, and flexible legs. The flexible legs can be positioned in a natural state for installation in the terminal block or a compressed state for obtaining a marking from a printer. In the natural state, the flexible legs extend at an angle with respect to the print surface of the terminal marker. In the compressed state, the flexible legs extend outward beyond of the sides of the terminal marker.

The sign holder has a mounting bracket engaging member and a sign holding member that engages and holds a sign. An adhesive fastens the mounting bracket engaging member to the mounting bracket. The adhesive is an upstream adhesive such that the user receives the mounting bracket already bonded to the sign holder.

A tray-tag of the present invention includes a face plate having front and back surfaces. The front surface of the face plate is adapted to have indicia thereon that display information about the items on the tray. The tray-tag also includes a mounting assembly capable of selectively and securely coupling the tray-tag to a tray. The mounting assembly includes an engagement flap and first and second support tabs. The engagement flap and the support tabs securely couple the tray-tag to the tray. The engagement flap extends over a rim of the tray, while the support tabs extend underneath the rim to couple the tray-tag to the tray. Additionally, the support tabs maintain the face plate in a generally vertical orientation.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an improved connector assembly for attaching objects to supports. The connector assembly has both a male connector and a female connector capable of being removably attached to each other. The male connector includes an engagement portion that extends from a contact surface and a support structure for attaching to an accessory. The female connector includes a hooked portion that extends from a female contact surface and receives the engagement portion of the male connector. Once connected, the male contact surface and the female contact surface may contact each other. The female connector may be attached to a structure, such as a wall, a free standing structure, or other attachment structure. Further, the male connector may be connected at various locations along the female connector, providing flexibility to attach the male connector at more than one location.

Abstract: A thin, graphic support assembly comprising an elongated base rail and an elongated cover rail which come together around a board to form four sides of a frame. A spring mechanism is fully captured after the base rail and cover rail are assembled together, and the angle and position of the spring channel allows the hinge location to be at the top/outer edge of the frame. The elongated base rail and elongated cover rail can be oriented in a parallel relationship when closed for capturing a display panel or a perpendicular relationship when open for inserting or removing a display panel.

In all orientations of the upper holder, an upper advertising substrate is supported by the upper holder in a vertical orientation. Abstract: This disclosure provides a portable shopping aid used to mount a shopping list, coupons, or other documents. Contrary to conventional wisdom, the aid is configured to sacrifice a writing surface in favor of portability, by providing a small body that may be easily inserted into a pocket or handbag. The body includes a clamp for mounting the aid onto a push bar of a shopping cart, for hands free viewing during shopping, as well as a document clip mechanism that clips documents by their ends closest to the push bar. In order to provide structural rigidity to retained documents, and notwithstanding the absence of a writing surface or clipboard, the clip mechanism is configured to crease documents. The shopping aid also includes feet for standing the aid upright, on a flat surface, and means for mounting the aid magnetically on a refrigerator wall, in all cases such that retained documents are presented in a convenient reading orientation.

Abstract: Improvements in a compliant upright drink insulator attachment device that is works with a standard drink insulator. The attachment device uses two parts where one part mates with the second part to slip through a standard insulated drink holder. These insulated drink holders are commonly called coolies or koozies and are manufactured with a central hole to allow for draining. A clip connects a compliant cord to one or both of the two parts. The compliant cord is configured as a coiled cord. A weight is connected to the free end of the compliant cord to keep the insulated drink holder in an upright orientation in the water. The compliant cord allows the weight to move semi independent from the insulated drink holder, and further allows the weight to be stored within the insulated drink holder for storage when it is not being used.

Abstract: A price-and-information tag includes front and rear surfaces both having product and price information. The tag includes a pre-fold line and a perforated line dividing the sheet into spaced-apart first and second sections. When bi-folded, the first section fits into an upwardly-open pocket of an extruded tag holder, with the second section in front of the tag holder and hiding the first section. Further, the second section can be torn off along the perforated line to reveal the information on the first section with minimal labor. A picture on the tag allows a non-reading installer to place the tag. Methods related to same are also shown, including double folding the elongated sheet and then using the first section to engage a tag holder with only the information on the second section being visible, the second section being later torn off to reveal the information on the first section.

Abstract: A hand held magnetic test panel holder that will attach metal or paper test panels magnetically, and will magnetically attach to a metal wall or surface. Its main body is formed to provide a handle and an extension to provide space to hold a test panel at a distance to paint a test panel without the paint coming in contact with the user's hand. This hand held magnetic test panel holder holds a metal clip board with its magnet, which in turn will hold a paper test panel.
