In one embodiment, a file folder identification apparatus is described. The apparatus includes a base comprising a first coupling portion and a second coupling portion adapted to couple to a file folder, the second coupling portion opposing the first coupling portion, and a tab portion comprising a temporary fastener detachably and rotatably coupled to the second coupling portion and a face configured to retain identification information.

Abstract: A hand held magnetic test panel holder that will attach metal or paper test panels magnetically, and will magnetically attach to a metal wall or surface. Its main body is formed to provide a handle and an extension to provide space to hold a test panel at a distance to paint a test panel without the paint coming in contact with the user's hand. This hand held magnetic test panel holder holds a metal clip board with its magnet, which in turn will hold a paper test panel. The user will paint the test panel with a paint spraying device with one hand, and hold the hand held magnetic test panel holder with the other hand. When not in use, the device will magnetically attach to a metal wall for storage and when paint is in the drying process.

Abstract: A device for removably mounting a label proximate a surroundable member such as a handle of a stackable chair. The device includes a body member having a first panel portion adapted to carry a label and an opposite second panel portion. Each of the first and second panel portions define inboard and outboard sides. A flexible portion is joined to and extends between the inboard sides of the panel portions. The flexible portion is adapted to flex around the surroundable member between a wrapped configuration and an unwrapped configuration. The second panel portion is releasably securable proximate the first panel portion in the wrapped configuration.

Abstract: There are disclosed embodiments of a marking clip for marking garments which may be stacked flat on a surface. The marking clip is generally U-shaped with leg portions joined by a bight portion and is preferably molded of flexible, resilient, plastics material and bears repetitive indicia along the outer surface of the leg and bight portions. Two or more marking clips may be coupled to provide selected combinations. A label strip with respective indicia and with an RFID transponder and/or a machine-readable code can be adhesively adhered either directly to a garment across a fold or to the marking clip.

Abstract: A tray-tag that can be mounted on a tray and display information about items on the tray is provided. A tray-tag of the present invention includes a face plate having front and back surfaces. The front surface of the face plate is adapted to have indicia thereon that display information about the items on the tray. The tray-tag also includes a mounting assembly capable of selectively and securely coupling the tray-tag to a tray. The mounting assembly includes an engagement flap and first and second support tabs. The engagement flap and the support tabs securely couple the tray-tag to the tray. The engagement flap extends over a rim of the tray, while the support tabs extend underneath the rim to couple the tray-tag to the tray. Additionally, the support tabs maintain the face plate in a generally vertical orientation.

The sign panel of such an illuminated emergency sign can be rotated within 180 degrees and fixed at a proper angle under action of the friction.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a portable shopping aid used to mount a shopping list, coupons, or other documents. Contrary to conventional wisdom, the aid is configured to sacrifice a writing surface in favor of portability, by providing a small body that may be easily inserted into a pocket or handbag. The body includes a clamp for mounting the aid onto a push bar of a shopping cart, for hands free viewing during shopping, as well as a document clip mechanism that clips documents by their ends closest to the push bar. In order to provide structural rigidity to retained documents, and notwithstanding the absence of a writing surface or clipboard, the clip mechanism is configured to crease documents. Each display clip has a mounting portion with a channel or groove shaped for disposing over a section of a display support, with each display support having edges with one or more slits or openings. The display clip comprises a retainer positioned cross-sectional to the channel. The clip mounts on the edge of the display support, and the retainer inserts into a slit or opening in the edge. The retainer fixes the display clip to the display support at the point of the insertion. Each clip has a brace portion extending from the mounting portion of the display clip. When the display clip is mounted on the display support, the brace portion supports the item being displayed in position.

Abstract: A method of presenting sales information to an automobile customer on an automobile having a window that may be slid vertically within a window frame. The method uses an informational slip and a slip holder sized to accept the information slip. The slip holder includes a clip defines a downwardly facing open channel and a tongue extending downwardly from the front wall. Also, a sheet of resiliently deformable material is attached to the tongue and bent backwards at a bending point defining the sheet holder bottom and a rear panel extending upwardly from the bending point. The informational slip is placed on the car window so that information is displayed through the front portion, which is transparent. The wall mount clip will not damage the sheet materials because the resilient is smaller than that generated by conventional clips.

Abstract: A two-part fluid resistant information display system for multiple uses such as merchandising is disclosed. The display system combines a first removably mountable part, partially impermeable pocket that cooperates sealingly with a second part shelf mountable clip assembly. The pocket is defined between a first and a second flat panel sealed on their sides. One pocket panel opening edge has an inwardly protruded channel being pressed against the second flat panel to provide sealing. Pressure is exerted by a projection provided in the clip assembly. The clip assembly further comprises an upper flexible hinge that is hingingly joined to a mounting panel that can be mounted to multiple surfaces such as lips of a C-channel of a merchandising shelf, vertical and horizontal surfaces using fasteners such as magnetic, mechanical or chemical fasteners. The inexpensively produced information display system provides fluid resistance against contaminants coming from all directions.

Abstract: The invention provides a display frame comprising a backing and a cooperating flexible screen that are securable between a pair of channeled rails provided at the upper and lower edges of the backing. The lower edge of the screen is releasably securable in the channel of the lower rail to enable a poster to be easily inserted and replaced by another poster while the display frame is assembled. The backing is preferably flexibly resilient and curved outwardly from its upper to its lower edge by tensioning means secured between the channeled rails. The channeled rails will preferably include biasing means to secure the backing within the channels of the rails and the flexible screen and/or a poster against the backing. Abstract: A binder clip sleeve for securing indicia to a binder clip and a method of securing the indicia to the binder clip. The binder clip sleeve comprises three panels which generally conform to outer surfaces of the binder clip. Indicia may be displayed along one or more of the three panels.

Abstract: There are disclosed embodiments of a marking clip for marking garments which may be stacked flat on a surface. The marking clip is generally U-shaped with leg portions joined by a bight portion and is preferably molded of flexible, resilient, plastics material and bears repetitive indicia along the outer surface of the leg and bight portions. Two or more marking clips may be coupled to provide selected combinations.
