Abstract: A nozzle display for use for holding advertising is integrated into the structure of the nozzle guard, is elevated therefrom, but secured by tabs integrally into the plastisol forming the guard, with an expansive transparent cover holding the advertising material or placard in place upon the display base, and firmly adhering the ad to the base by means of the expandable lip of the cover as it tightly embraces the edges of the display base.

Abstract: An identification badge holder includes a portable digital information device, which may be a USB flash drive secured directly or indirectly to the rear face thereof by any of a number of structures which would facilitate ready access, secure attachment and, in some instances, redundant securement employing two types of securement. A system for attaching a stand-alone identification badge to a card which has a USB flash drive secured or securable thereto.

Abstract: A greeting card display includes a sleeve having transparent front and rear walls, first and second ends, a top, and a bottom. The front and rear walls are unitary at the first and second ends and at the top but are separable at the bottom to define a weatherproof receiving area accessible only adjacent the bottom. The receiving area is configured to receive a greeting card. A mounting rod includes a first portion coupled to the sleeve and a second portion configured to attach to one of a flower urn and a ground surface. The front and rear walls have first and second lateral portions that converge at a spine, the first lateral portion being angularly biased relative to the second lateral portion. The front and rear walls collectively define an access opening the first lateral portion and an access opening the second lateral portion.

Abstract: A holder for charts having two transparent sheets, a connecting mechanical hinge and non-ferrous latching devices. The chart holder is sized to hold aeronautical charts and related flight planning documents. The hinge allows the two transparent sheets to be opened at least 180 degrees where the charts and documents can easily be place therein. The two sheets are able to close together, clamping the charts and documents between them. The two sheets are kept together by the latching devices. The transparent sheets provide an erasable writing surface where the pre-flight plans and in-flight data can be drawn and written with a non-permanent marker, thus protecting the documents enclosed. The chart holder also provides for the storage of the non-permanent marker. The chart holder can easily be opened with one hand to allow for repositioning of documents in flight. The transparent sheets have a tab allowing for an offset tab arrangement to allow for quick identification between multiple chart holders.

Abstract: An enhanced patch panel indicia system includes a cover to receive a backing as the primary indicia receiver and to receive labels as auxiliary indicia receivers. The indicia system further includes an enhanced patch panel with a front face. The cover can include clip members to allow the cover to be snap-fitted onto the front face of the patch panel with the cover in juxtaposition with the front face, and in some implementations, the backing positioned therebetween.

Abstract: Identity labeling system for a typical tight switch cover plate (5) used in a manner that is common for covering typical light switches and their electrical connections. The switch plate cover includes openings (25) that expose the electrical switches or devices and holes (35) to accept screws (45) that secure the switch plate cover onto the wall to cover the electrical connections. The improved method of labeling an existing switch plate comprises a label cover plate (15) attached to the switch cover plate (5) with the existing screw (45) that typically secures an existing switch cover plate to the wall. The cover plate is made of a clear material. The cover plate (15) includes a recess (55) in the back of the cover to hold the identity label (95) tabs (65) and grooves (75) to insure correct alignment during installation. The identity label (95) is a typical label that is used in offices to identify file folders.

Abstract: A supportive display container having an inner structure and an outer structure. The dimensions of the inner structure and the outer structure are such that when the outer structure has been placed over the inner structure, there is a gap between the side or sides of the inner structure and the side or sides of the outer structure which can hold an insert consisting of compressible material. The gap is of such a dimension that compression of the insert and friction prevent the inner structure and the outer structure from slipping apart. Preferably the side or sides of the outer structure are transparent to permit viewing of a message or design that is preferably on the insert. When the top of the inner structure is open, devices for stacking cubes, holders for cards, and display platforms can be inserted into the interior of the inner structure.

In some implementations the identification facilities can include label retention and protection and may also include label magnification.

The writing surface may include a magnetic re-writable writing surface. The writing surface may include a flexible magnetic dry erase board. The writing surface may include an approximately letter sized blank writing surface and a permanent calendar. The clear window and the panel may be coupled to define an opening between the clear window and the panel for inserting a document thereto via a side of the clear window. The opening between the clear window and the panel may be oriented horizontally. The first folder may include a clear label window coupled to a front side of the first folder.

Abstract: Electromagnetic blocking tag holders and methods of their use are generally provided. The holder can include an identification tag holding area configured to removably secure an identification tag inserted within the holding area while allowing a face of the inserted identification tag to remain visible. An electromagnetic blocker is attached to the holding area, and is configured to electromagnetically inhibit and prevent skimming or stealing of electronic information stored in the inserted identification tag.

Abstract: The invention relates to a tag holder profile or mother profile for fastening a removable tag holder, intended for equipping a shelf or the like, in particular shelving. The profile has a rear fastening section on the front edge of the shelf or the like. According to the invention, the profile includes a longitudinal housing on an upper portion of the profile, able to open upwards, and at least one lid slaved to the remainder of the body of the profile. The lid is capable of covering the housing.

Abstract: The embodiment provide an assembly of contact indication and label holder using the same component for switching devices to provide safety indications to the technicians or end users. The assembly comprises of a tag and label holder. Tagging arrangement consists of an indication window for indication status of MCB i.e. ON/OFF and two hinges for holding label holder. The component also has two windows, which are intended for locking of label holder and groove for holding indicating paper. The user can write details on this indicating paper i.e. with which place it is connected and other details. The label holder has an inbuilt lens for giving contact indication a zooming effect for clear differentiation between red and green color of indication flag.

Abstract: An advertising display apparatus comprising a hollow receiving tube with an essentially closed distal end and an essentially open proximal end enclosed within a base region, means for retaining a preprinted material inserted through said base region, wherein the hollow receiving tube comprises a plurality of faces where at least one face is transparent and through which said preprinted material may be viewed. The hollow receiving tube in conjunction with the essentially closed distal end and the proximal base end act to retain the preprinted material in a protected environment which aids in ensuring a clean, quality representation of the preprinted material for protracted time periods, especially in environments where people may come into repeated contact with the display apparatus and it is desirable to maintain the quality of the preprinted material, such as restaurants, trade shows and retail sales stores.

Abstract: A method wherein an indicia is selected from one of diverse indicia sources that promotes an informational application, a holder may be selected from a holder source specialized for the given application, and a display is selected from a display source. The indicia is placed in a suggested manner in the display or the indicia and holder unit are placed in the display such that the desired information is displayed. The flap portions of the display are manipulated to expose or conceal releasable, reusable adhesive portions, to suit the carrying of the display appliance, as in a book or bag, or the display of the display appliance from either side in a vertical or horizontal position, as on a cabinet, or wall. An easel insert oir easel attachment allows for a standing position on a counter top or table.

Abstract: A plurality of color-coded lockbox tags that attach to a lockbox and visibly communicate a corresponding plurality of showing instructions relative to the lockbox. Where the underlying lockbox includes an entry mechanism involving an infrared port, the lockbox tag may include an aperture or window to expose an infrared port. A plurality of optional placards may also be provided to augment or override the primary showing instructions of the lockbox tag.

Abstract: A two-part fluid resistant information display system for multiple uses such as merchandising is disclosed. The display system combines a first removably mountable part, partially impermeable pocket that cooperates sealingly with a second part shelf mountable clip assembly. The pocket is defined between a first and a second flat panel sealed on their sides. One pocket panel opening edge has an inwardly protruded channel being pressed against the second flat panel to provide sealing. Pressure is exerted by a projection provided in the clip assembly. The clip assembly further comprises an upper flexible hinge that is hingingly joined to a mounting panel that can be mounted to multiple surfaces such as lips of a C-channel of a merchandising shelf, vertical and horizontal surfaces using fasteners such as magnetic, mechanical or chemical fasteners. The inexpensively produced information display system provides fluid resistance against contaminants coming from all directions.

Abstract: Described is a label cassette for mounting to the front side of an enclosure and for holding and displaying a label used to identify a configuration of that enclosure. The label cassette includes a transparent cover, a tray, and a hinge mechanism. The tray has a pair of guide rails for engaging respective guide structures on the enclosure to align the label cassette for attachment to the enclosure, a capture mechanism to secure the label cassette to the enclosure, and a label surface to hold a label. The hinge mechanism attaches the transparent cover to the tray and permits rotation about an axis parallel to the back edge of the transparent cover. Mounted to a ledge that extends from the front of the enclosure, the label cassette does not occupy vertical space or interfere with connectors, cables, or airflow vents on the front of the enclosure.

Abstract: A key tag holder for displaying a plurality of different key tags each having a machine readable code for a particular service provider thereon. The key tag holder includes a one-piece binder having a first flexible and transparent key tag carrying section, a second flexible and transparent key tag carrying section, and a flexible joint extending along a predetermined axis and laterally disposed between the key tag carrying sections so as to allow the key tag carrying sections to be folded in overlying and generally flat relation relative to each other. Each key tag carrying section has a plurality of transparent pockets each sized to receive and accommodate one of the different key tags therewithin. Each pocket is closed about three sides and opens on a fourth side to the predetermined axis of the binder.

Abstract: A souvenir toothbrush includes a head part of the toothbrush with bristles, a handle part made with clear or opaque thermoplastic material, a molded recess inside the handle for placement of an insert having text or an image on one or both sides, a clear or opaque window insert placed inside the recess on top of the insert and a soft spongy part of the toothbrush molded to the handle of the toothbrush for convenient gripping of the handle by a user. The insert has ribs around the perimeter to allow it to be centered within the pocket of the handle and leave a gap between the insert and the pocket to be filled with soft thermoplastic elastomer. The insert is also designed with a step on either side to allow more efficient manipulation of the insert during manufacturing. A toothbrush holder, soap dish and other toiletry articles can also have a similar insert design.

Abstract: An improved presentation support system comprised of a multi-pocket display chart is presented. The chart has the additional features of a slot pocket that runs the length and width of the chart that accommodates a background poster, over which symbol and word cards can be placed in the pockets covering the front of the chart. The cards can illustrate the underlying poster. The chart can be hung in landscape or portrait orientations and an alternate embodiment includes a two-sided feature, where the first side is in landscape orientation and the other side is in portrait orientation.

Abstract: The protective paper holder has a pair of adjacent, planar, generally transparent and waterproof sheets sealed to one another about a portion of their periphery to form an interior, paper-sheet receiving compartment and an access opening for the paper-sheet receiving compartment. A sealing means associated with the access opening selectively seals the access opening from the surrounding environment. Preferably, this sealing means forms a watertight seal via a zip-lock seal, a set of tongue-in-groove fasteners, a zipper, or a set of hook and loop fasteners.

Abstract: An identification labeling system having a faceplate with a recess and a label cover that may be retained within the recess. The label cover may have compartments for retaining identification labels. The label cover has latching legs and the recess has a complementary retention ledge. A lift slot may be provided to facilitate removal of the label cover. The recess may contain holes to accommodate individual molded identification icons. The recess may include tapered corners to accommodate strip labels of different widths and lengths, such labels being positioned by the tapered corners of the recess and the label cover. The recess includes end configurations that prevent a label from passing through the surface of the faceplate. The label cover has a thickness so as to be flush with the faceplate. The label may be the same color as the faceplate.

The main portion longitudinally extends in a substantially planar manner and defines a top end, a bottom end opposite the top end, a first surface, and a second surface opposite the first surface. The flange is folded back from the bottom end toward the top end and the first surface of the main portion. The flange is biased toward the first surface of the main portion. The interface hook is folded back from the top end toward the second surface and the bottom end of the main portion and is configured to receive a portion of a shelf assembly to couple the sign holder to the shelf assembly. A pocket is defined between the main panel and the flange and is configured to receive a printed medium. Display systems and methods of use provide additional advantages.

Abstract: A calendar holder includes a support bracket, and a calendar mounted on the support bracket. The support bracket has a first portion formed with a first plate for supporting the calendar, a second portion formed with a second plate parallel with the first plate and a third portion formed with a bendable third plate perpendicular to the second plate. Thus, the support bracket is mounted on the display directly to attach the calendar to the display to facilitate a user watching the calendar. In addition, the support bracket is mounted on the display easily and rapidly, thereby facilitating the user mounting the calendar holder. Further, the calendar holder is mounted on the display directly without occupying additional space, thereby facilitating the user storing the calendar holder.

Abstract: A holder for a label includes a cover panel having a front surface, a rear surface, an upper end, and a lower end. The holder further includes a body panel having a front surface, a rear surface, an upper end, and a lower end. A hinge connects the lower end of the cover panel with the lower end of the body panel wherein the cover panel includes an upper portion which is disposed at an acute angle in relation to a plane of a remainder of the cover panel. The rear surface of the cover panel and the front surface of the body panel define a pocket therebetween for selectively accommodating an associated label.

Abstract: A display panel of the present invention basically includes a transparent panel and at least one sticking pad. A gap that extends within the transparent panel is defined at one end of the transparent panel, and the gap enables a photograph or other graph card to be inserted into the transparent panel. The sticking pad is at least bonded to a rear surface of the transparent panel. Accordingly, the display panel enables the transparent panel to be adhered to a wall or display cabinet using the sticking pad, and provides optimum visual display and exposure of the photograph or graph card within the transparent panel. More particularly, the display panel can be adhered repeatedly in different positions an unlimited number of times, thereby substantially characterizing practicability and convenience of use of the entire display panel.

Abstract: A yarn label holder is provided for the storage of a manufacturer's yarn label and an identification card and includes a connecting elastic attachment that secures the yarn label holder to the yarn ball. The yarn label holder is comprised of two rectangles of transparent plastic material comprising a larger rectangle as the rear panel and a smaller rectangle as the front panel which are sealed together on all of its edges except for one side edge which is open and creates a pocket into which a yarn label and an identification card may be inserted for display through the transparent window. The rear panel of the yarn label holder contains one small hole through which a separate elastic cord is looped so as to allow for the secure attachment of the yarn label holder to the ball of yarn.

Abstract: A transparent divider to be used at checkout conveyors for separating one customers order from the next customers order. The divider is an elongate bar which has an open bottom for ease of stacking or sliding along a checkout rail. A slot is formed in the side walls of the divider into which a sheet of printed advertisement can be folded and slid. The advertisement is visible, preferably on all side walls of the divider. The divider is available in a number of different shapes and can be made as a single piece or as an inner divider with a transparent cover.

Abstract: A document storage apparatus for safely storing photographs or other documents includes a first transparent sheet and a second sheet attached to the first transparent sheet along a water or air tight seal. The water or air tight seal defines a pocket between the first transparent sheet and the second sheet and that has an open end. A water or air tight adherent is disposed between the first transparent sheet and the second sheet and across the open end of the pocket, and is adapted to selectively adhere the first sheet to the second sheet to thereby allow the pocket to be sealed in a water or air tight fashion. An attachment section can be disposed along a side of the first and second sheet and can be adapted to mount the storage apparatus within a container.

Abstract: The birthday calendar is a dual monthly calendar and twelve-month chart. The calendar is perpetual in that it is not designated for any particular year or month. The monthly calendar is made of a dry-erase board displaying a month grid that is filled in with erasable ink for any particular month. The chart is a grid used to permanently record and display birth dates and other annual dates such as anniversaries and holidays. The chart displays columns intersected by rows. The columns are grouped in twelve sets of two having a month column adjacent to a year column. The rows display the dates of each month down the left side of the chart, numbered from 1–31. An event is recorded in the chart by writing the event's name in the appropriate month and date space and the year in the adjacent year space.

Abstract: A military ribbon method and apparatus includes a transparent panel that has a front side, a back side, an upper edge, a lower edge, a first side edge and a second side edge. A strap has a first end and a second end. The first end is attached to the bottom edge of the panel. A fastener is adapted for attaching the second end to the front side of the panel. The back side of the panel is placed in abutment with a front surface of a plurality of military ribbons so that the military ribbons are covered by and viewable through the panel. The strap is extended around a rear surface of the military ribbons and the second end of the strap is releasably attached to the front side of the panel so that the panel is secured to the military ribbons.

Abstract: A display system for displaying media on a ski-lift chair is provided. A main body portion is disclosed, having clamps to hold it to the restraint of the ski-lift chair. A plurality of frames are provided along a top surface of the body portion for holding printable media sheets, such as maps and advertisements, in place. Printable sheets are disclosed as transparent plastic with reverse printed imagery thereon.

Abstract: The application discloses a friction coated label and labeling sheet for use in labeling a label holder of a merchandiser unit that supports merchandise in which the label holder has means for supporting one or more labels without an adhesive bond. The labeling sheet comprises a plurality of friction coated labels removably secured to the release liner. The friction-coated labels include a face stock and a friction coating integrally connected to the face stock. The face stock has printed indicia thereon relating to the merchandise. The friction coating may comprise a weak adhesive that is adapted to inhibit migration of the friction coated labels but is not strong enough to provide a self supporting reliable adhesive bond for retail applications.

The ear member and the plug are disposed at an end of the base, while at another end of the base is fixed a tool head. The arcuate members are positioned on the peripheral surface of the base and are laminated with a cladding layer, and the arcuate members partially projects out of the cladding layer.

Abstract: A cascadable file jacket includes a flexible substrate defined by a first and second surface. The cascadable file jacket further includes a file pocket position adjacent to the first surface, the file pocket constructed from a first ply that is folded to connect to a second ply and form an interior pocket. The first ply is folded to include a first tab adapted to fixedly engage the file pocket to the second surface. The second ply is folded to include a second tab adapted to expandably engage the file pocket to the second surface.

Abstract: A vehicle permit display device includes a substantially hollow, wide profile envelope formed of a transparent material. The envelope includes an opening on a side edge thereof for receiving a vehicle permit. A hook extends from an upper edge of the envelope for securing to a vehicle rearview mirror mounting post. Alternatively, the device may be fastened to a vehicle window using suction cups or other similar means.

Abstract: A framing system for mounting photographs, artwork, documents, etc. on a flat surface, such as a wall includes a molding or wall strip and an envelope having a clear front panel, with the envelope slidably engageable into the molding strip. The molding strip includes a slot, and the envelope includes an upper edge having a configuration matching the slot. The object to be displayed is placed into the envelope, and then the envelope slides into engagement with the molding strip.

Abstract: A carrier for supporting graphic media materials includes a support member having a plurality of parallel transverse slots disposed on a facing surface thereof and a plurality of thin walled transverse strip members. Each of the transverse strip members are made from a flexible material and include an angled tab portion sized to be fitted into a corresponding slot of the support member and a cover portion that is defined by a width dimension that is larger than the spacing between adjacently spaced slots such that the cover portions are arranged on the support member in overlaying fashion and define transparent storage pockets therebetween for retaining graphic media materials.

Abstract: A dual sided integral composite image product and method of make same. The image product includes a first support substrate having a separate image layer thereon and a second support substrate having separate image layer thereon. The second support substrate being secured to the first support substrate so as to form the dual sided integral composite image product. A fold line is provided on said image product about which the integral composite image product may be folded.

Abstract: A lottery card reader has a clip made from two separate pieces that are assembled together and a transparent flap attached to the clip. The clip has a first and a second pair of arms attached to a pivot. The arms in the first pair are separated and the arms in the second pair are resiliently biased towards each other. Moving the first pair of arms together moves the second pair of arms apart. The transparent flap can cover games on a lottery card to which the clip is attached. When a lottery card is inserted between the second pair of arms under the transparent flap it is releaseably gripped by the second pair of arms.
