Secured To Opposed Frame Elements Patents (Class 40/795)
  • Patent number: 10593577
Abstract: A reticle container for containing a reticle including a base plate having one or more windows. Each of the windows can include mounting recess having a recess sidewall including an undercut defined therein. A transparent substrate can be disposed in the mounting recess and is retained therein by a retention member having an arcuate portion extending between a first end portion and a second end portion. At least the first end portion of the retention member can be positioned in the undercut defined in the recess sidewall such that the arcuate portion of the retention member contacts the transparent substrate to retain the transparent substrate in the mounting recess.

  • Patent number: 10258854
Abstract: A basketball trampoline device includes a trampoline having a trampoline bed, an enclosure, and enclosure poles supporting the enclosure. The basketball traveling has an upper arch member attached to a first enclosure pole. A lower arch member is attached to a second enclosure pole. The upper arch member and the lower arch member form an arch member pair. A basketball backboard and hoop are mounted to the upper arch member and the lower arch member by at least three backboard connectors. An upper backboard connector connects to the upper arch member and a lower backboard connector connects to the lower arch member. The upper arch member is fitted above the lower arch member to form the arch member pair defining a crescent-shaped flexible extension frame.

  • Patent number: 7654026
Abstract: An elongated extruded snap frame member for biasedly removably capturing a display graphic for support and display thereof. The frame member comprises an elongated extruded frame receiving panel, an elongated strip of securement material applied to the frame panel at the time of extrusion and an articulable housing comprised of a cover and a plurality of articulable legs co-extruded with one another and connected to one another by a flexible web of material. A further flexible web of material connects the cover to a portion of the articulable housing, the further web of flexible material providing an axis of rotation for the cover when the cover is biasedly rotated onto the display graphic.

  • Patent number: 6862825
Abstract: A mounting structure for a display panel (156) is disclosed. The mounting structure comprises upper and lower fixed extrusions (110), an upper panel mounting extrusion (152) to which the upper edge of the display panel (156) is secured and a lower mounting extrusion (122) to which the lower edge of the display panel (156) is secured. The upper mounting extrusion (152) includes a series of ribs (154.1, 154.2, 154.3) which engage with a recess (120) in the up per fixed extrusion (110). A locking extrusion (138) includes a pivot plate (150) which engages in the recess (120) of the lower fixed extrusion (110). It also has a formation (148) which engages in a socket (124) of the extrusion (122). The panel (156) is tensioned and secured by swinging the extrusion (138) downwardly about its line of contact with the lower extrusion (110). Unlocking is achieved by swinging the extrusion (138) in the opposite direction.

  • Patent number: 6780273
Abstract: The process for making a picture frame having printed border artwork on a transparent front panel with irregular outer and inner edges and having an attached rear panel having a picture frame folding stand therein. The process includes the printing of border art on a sheet of a material having a covered pressure sensitive adhesive backing and attaching it to the front panel. The front panel is then laser cut along the computer marked cut path to cut along the outside and inside edges of the printed border artwork while cutting a window therein. The cutout window is removed and a thin transparent polymer sheet is attached thereover. A picture frame back is cut with a foldout stand and is attached to the front panel to form the picture frame.

  • Patent number: 5659990
Abstract: A retainer for securing artwork in a picture frame includes a spring capable of engaging all four side rails of a picture frame in compressive fashion. The spring is formed in the configuration of a four pointed star, each point of the star joined to an adjacent point by a pair of diverging, arcuate, concave arms. All of the points and the joining arms are disposed in a common plane. The entire star configuration is formed of spring wire or the like, and is preferably formed in integral, unitary fashion. The points of the star are each formed by a convex bend in the spring wire, the convex bend having a radius significantly smaller than the radii of any of the linking arms of the star. At each point the apex is ground or otherwise formed to define a sharpened edge which penetrates the picture frame material. The star is dimensioned to be slightly larger that the length and width of the inner opening of the picture frame.
