Abstract: A paint brush device with a controlled paint flow system is an apparatus that facilitates efficient painting process, by providing the user with a paint brush with a reservoir handle. The inside of the reservoir handle contains the user's choice of paint. In order to transfer the paint to a plurality of bristles, the reservoir handle is internally connected to a soft, liquid repellent internal tube, that traverses internally from the reservoir handle towards the plurality of bristles on a removable brush head. The reservoir handle is compressible, therefore when manually compressed, paint travels from the reservoir handle to the plurality of bristles allowing the user to begin the painting process with little to no preparation. Further, the user can allow, control, and stop the paint flow via a control screw. Therefore, the paint brush device decreases preparation time as well as clean-up time efficiently.

A cleaning implement is slidably engaged through the cap and is positioned adjacent to an expandable slot of the one-way valve plate. The expandable slot is opened when the cleaning implement is pressed against the expandable slot, enabling cleaning fluid within the elongated hollow handle to exit through the expandable slot and into the cleaning implement. The cleaning implement includes a plurality of bristles that may be saturated by the cleaning fluid after the fluid exits the elongated hollow handle.

The three-part edging guide includes a paint mask, a spacer, and a beveled trimmer guide. The three-part edging guide components work together to allow the paint trimmer to create a straight edge of paint along a surface without any extra traditional masking needed to prevent paint from being applied to any unwanted areas.

Abstract: Liquid dispensing applicators adapted to be mounted to a container of lubricating oil or degreaser and used to lubricate or apply degreaser to a drive chain of a bicycle or motorcycle are disclosed. The applicator housing has an open slot to receive the chain. A wear-resistant and absorbent pad is positioned within the housing to engage the chain. A conduit between the absorbent pad and the container transmits liquid to the absorbent pad such that the chain can be cleaned or lubricated.

The button valve includes a flexible flap closure that is pivotally connected to the soap dispensing head and a pushing arm that is connected to the flap closure. A pushing force applied to the pushing arm causes the flap closure of the button valve to pivot from a closed position to an open position to create a gap through which a supply of liquid soap from the soap reservoir is dispensed.

Displacement of the product occurs when accumulated excess air pressure in the pressure chamber acts on the back of the movable wall. The excess air pressure is built up by a bellows assembly arranged in fluid communication with the pressure chamber. On actuation, the bellows can be reduced in volume and subsequently recover by entry of air through the inlet. The direction of force application is preferably perpendicular to the housing axis and the location of the bellows is preferably distant from the product outlet.

The flange resiliently presses radially outwardly, and the cap threads press radially inwardly against the bottle neck to seal against liquid escaping over the rim of the neck.
