  • Pen
    Patent number: 9656509
Abstract: The present invention discloses a pen having a swinging decoration. A top end of the pen is installed with an animal-shaped decoration. A mandible and a tail section of the decoration are movable. When a user writes with the pen with a small applied force or the pen is in a standstill state, the mandible and the tail section are at an upper location. When the user writes with the pen with a large applied force, a refill will push an activity rod upward and compress a spring, allowing a tooth row at an upper and lower end of the activity rod to drive a left and right conjugate gear and a gear on the decoration to rotate at a same time, which further enables the mandible and the tail section to swing downward simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 9332818
Abstract: A double-ended cosmetic dispenser with an adaptor sleeve, a first cosmetic sleeve rotatably retained relative to a first end of the adaptor sleeve, and a second cosmetic sleeve rotatably retained relative to a second end of the adaptor sleeve. First and second cosmetic elevators, each with an elevator stem and a cosmetic retaining portion, are extendably and retractably received by the respective cosmetic sleeves and into the adaptor sleeve. The cosmetic elevators are fixed against rotation relative to the cosmetic sleeves. The elevator stem of the first cosmetic elevator has an open inner volume, and the proximal end of the elevator stem of the second cosmetic elevator is received into that open inner volume. Through thread structures, the cosmetic elevators are independently and selectively extendable and retractable relative to the first and second cosmetic sleeves by a rotation of the respective cosmetic sleeve in relation to the adaptor sleeve.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to various multicolor writing tools and methods thereof for applying multiple volatile marking substances one at a time. More particularly, the present invention relates to multicolor writing tools including a case member, a cartridge member, a cap member, and an actuator member. The case member forms an interior in which is disposed the cartridge member with the multiple cartridges each of which defines a body containing one of the marking substances therein and a tip through which such a marking substances is applied. The cap member varies and restores at least one configuration thereof, while the actuator member changes the configuration and exposes one of the tips selected by an user out of said interior when the tool is in use, and then restores such a configuration and encloses all of said tips inside the interior when the tool is not in use.

  • Patent number: 7147392
Abstract: A writing instrument, which has an inner and outer writing element with separate writing medium reservoirs. The writing elements are coaxially mounted in an outer barrel and axially moveable with respect to one another. A driving mechanism may be actuated to allow a user to selectively extend one writing element. The inner and outer writing elements may have an inner sleeve therebetween to improve, for instance, rigidity of the outer writing element and to prevent contamination of the writing medium reservoirs. An outer sleeve may also be provided over the outer writing element. The outer sleeve can function to hold various components of the outer writing element together, and to allow for clean and easy refill of the outer writing element, especially when the outer writing element is a porous nib with a filler-type writing medium reservoir. The writing instrument is designed so that a user can replace the inner and/or outer writing elements when their respective writing medium have been expended.
