Abstract: This anti-rotation lock device (2) for preventing movement in an assembly comprising an endpiece (210) carrying a thread (211) screwed into a tube (200), together with a nut (280) suitable for being screwed on the endpiece (210) comprises: a first washer (220) provided with an anti-rotation lock component; and a second washer (240) comprising at least one key. The first or the second washer (220, 240) includes a lug, and the faces of the first and second washers (220, 240) comprise means for locking them mutually against rotation. The device further comprises a third washer (260) including a member (268, 269) for locking the nut (280) against rotation. The outer periphery of the third washer (260) comprises a tab (265) adapted to co-operate with said lug (225) so as to lock the first or the second washer (220, 240) provided with the lug (225) against rotation relative to the third washer (260).
Abstract: A lockable nut system for use with threaded steel bar which includes a screw threaded nut for engagement with the threaded steel bar and a locking member which is slidably engageable with the bar. The locking member is adapted to resist rotation about the bar and is also axially engageable with the nut to prevent rotation of the nut. The locking member has one or more fingers to engage the nut with an end of the finger being displaced to engage the nut as a result of deformation of a finger actuating tab or a dished body of the locking member. The locking member may engage the bar by displacement of an end of at least one tongue as a result of deformation of a tongue actuating tab during compression between the nut and a second structure.

Abstract: A device for preventing a polygonal gland nut helically coupled with the stem of a valve from loosening includes a locking piece inserted non-rotatable on the stem. A pair of engaging claws are formed on the locking piece to engage with one of the lateral faces of the gland nut and also with two lateral faces of the gland nut adjoining each other straddled an intervening corner of the gland nut.
