Abstract: The semiconductor wafer processing apparatus includes a clean box having an opening, a lid for closing the opening, a door to be in contact with the lid and to detach the lid from the clean box, a first stopper adapted to move in conjunction with movement of the clean box without a change in its relative positional relationship with the clean box, and an unmoved second stopper. With this structure, it is possible to prevent the clean box moved on the semiconductor wafer processing apparatus from colliding with the apparatus, even if the clean box manufactured by molding using a reinforced plastic in accordance with a prescribed standard includes a manufacturing error in its size.

Abstract: A set of lift pins defines a storage location for a substrate in a substrate processing chamber. Each lift pin has an actuating mechanism including a translating mechanism that translates vertical actuation into horizontal motion. The actuating mechanism may include a base, a mechanism adapted to raise and lower the base, and a lever pivotally mounted on the base. The lift pin may be fixedly mounted on the lever. A stop may be adjacent the base and adapted to engage the lever to pivot the lever as the base is lowered.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided for transporting a holder for holding articles between a port opening providing access to the system and a loading and unloading station, the apparatus comprising: a first platform for supporting the holder in the course of transport of the holder between the port opening and the station; an elevator for moving the first platform between the port opening and the station; and an assembly for rotatably moving the first platform between a first position in which the first platform is oriented substantially perpendicular to a vertical axis and a second position in which the first platform is inclined relative to the vertical axis; and wherein the assembly moves the first platform between the first and second positions while the elevator moves the first platform between the port opening and the station.

Abstract: The elevator device for an agricultural tractor loader comprises a swing member bearing in an articulated manner on a member protruding from a bracket in direction of the tractor loader. The swing member is moreover supported and actuated by a cylinder connected to the bracket so that this swing member pivots the tool to which it is attached and lifts the tool during expansion of the cylinder.
