Abstract: A packaging line to pack profiles and a rotor are described herein. An example method includes transferring a first profile to a movable head carrying a rotor, coupling the first profile to the rotor, along a first side wall of the first profile, with a concave section of the first profile facing upwards, rotating, via the rotor, the first profile such that the concave section of the first profile is facing downwards, transferring a second profile to the movable head with a concave section of the second profile facing upwards, and releasing the first profile over the second profile to insert a side wall of the first profile into the concave section of the second profile and a side wall of the second profile into the concave section of the first profile.
Abstract: Stacker 10 engages its end of arm tool 35 against a pan 40 and lifts the pan through an arc so that the pan revolves about its support framework 12 to a delivery position. The pair of lift arms 22 and 23 revolves about the pivot shaft 30 as the pivot shaft moves vertically so that the pans may be moved from a higher elevation to a lower elevation, and vice versa. The end of arm tool is maintained in its upright attitude throughout the movement by a timing belt 50 so that the pan is also deposited in the same attitude as when it was received.

Abstract: Provided is a low-cost electrostatic attraction transfer apparatus which can perform high-speed transfer, stabilizes a contact status of an electrostatic attraction board with a film and the like and does not generate fine defects on an object to be transferred.
Abstract: An automated container management system including at least one robotic device, a container inverting apparatus, a conveyor system, a container stack, and a storage and retrieval system transfer vehicle. The first and second robotic devices each having a container cooperation head. The container cooperation head has pneumatically driven magnetic lift assemblies for stacking and unstacking multiple containers as a single unit between the conveyor system and the container stack. The container storage and retrieval system transfer vehicle services the container stack. An inverting apparatus inverts the multiple containers before stacking and after unstacking to facilitate storage of the multiple containers in an inverted position.

Abstract: A transportation mechanism of magnetic handling for accessing Compact Disks. The transportation mechanism includes a reciprocating device having a base, an electromagnetic head provided on the base, a control unit controlling the reciprocating device such that the base is reciprocated between different processing positions, and a magnetic spacer. The Compact Disk, sandwiched by the electromagnetic head and the magnetic spacer as the magnetic spacer is attracted by the electromagnetic head, is further transported by the transportation mechanism whereby the damage due to bad suction for CDs is minimized. Comparing with the conventional suction means by vacuum, the transportation mechanism of the invention is also advantaged for the simple structure, easy maintenance, and low cost, thereby raising the production yield.
