And Endless Belt For Transporting Patents (Class 414/793.3)
  • Patent number: 8951003
Abstract: A device for stacking veneer sheets (1, 2) while substantially horizontal, the device including a supporting element, that escapes in the advancement direction at a release area from beneath the veneer (2) to be stacked, the supporting element being moved by a conveyor (7), and a controlled element for stopping the veneer to be stacked in a corrected position at a release point. An element for stopping the veneer to be stacked is a gripper (10) that grips the trailing edge of the veneer (2) from below and moves up and down, in the advancement direction of the veneer, and transversely to it, the gripper having a gripping point to the veneer at the trailing edge in the veneer's advancement direction, extended at a distance in the advancement direction from the gripper's transverse travel path.

  • Patent number: 8371796
Abstract: An apparatus for stacking veneer sheets is provided, said apparatus comprising conveyor means for delivering veneer sheets to a stacking point and means for placing veneer sheets on a stack to be formed. The conveyor means comprise a first and a second conveyor element disposed on opposite sides of a veneer sheet, said first and/or second conveyor element being provided with magnet elements arranged for cooperation with a conveyor element present on the opposite side, such that the veneer sheet to be fed in between the conveyor elements is pressed with a desired force between the conveyor elements and is movable thereby to a stacking point, which is provided with stopper means for stopping the veneer sheet and with means for releasing the veneer sheet from between the conveyor elements to enable its placement on a stack to be formed.

  • Patent number: 7281710
Abstract: A conveyor system has a monitor for entering information about sheets, an input/output control console for setting operating conditions of a first conveyor and a second conveyor based on the information about the sheets, and a power control console for operating the first conveyor and the second conveyor based on the operating conditions. The information about the sheets includes information as to the length of each of the sheets and data as to the position where the sheets are loaded from a press. A conveyor feed length representative of a feed cycle of a sheet on the first conveyor and the second conveyor, and the number of sheets on the second conveyor are automatically determined based on the length of the sheets and the data.

  • Patent number: 6883409
Abstract: A device for cross cutting a cardboard web in which, both the blade drums, a sheet transport conveyor accelerates the sheets and then the sheets are positioned to shingle the sheets on a further conveyor. The sheet transport conveyor has a rerouting roller at the outlet side of its upper pass and then extends downwardly into a sheet discharge gate through which defective sheets are effected.

Abstract: The apparatus (10) serves for transporting and stacking goods (12), in particular in the form of plates such as metal plates or the like, and includes a feed transport device (14), which is connected to a stacking device (16). In this apparatus an overhead transport device (18) is provided which is disposed at least partially in a stacking area (20) above the stacking device (16) and which has a holding system (22) which can be activated and deactivated, where a delay system is provided for time-delayed activation of an effective holding force of the overhead transport device at a point in time when the front, seen in the direction of transport, area of the goods overlaps the stacking area in the direction of stacking.
