    Abstract: A anti-microorganism agent completely or nearly free of toxicity, insoluble or sparingly soluble in water or an organic solvent so as not to contaminate the environment and highly effective as such, which is composed of at least one of a composite metal hydroxide of the formula (1),(M.sub.1.sup.2+).sub.1-x (M.sub.2.sup.2+).sub.x (OH).sub.2 ( 1)wherein M.sub.1.sup.2+ is at least one of Mg.sup.2+ and Ca.sup.2+, M.sub.2.sup.2+ is at least one of Cu.sup.2+ and Zn.sup.2+, and x is defined by 0.001.ltoreq.x<0.9,anda composite metal oxide of the formula (2),(M.sub.1.sup.2+).sub.1-y (M.sub.2.sup.2+).sub.y O (2)wherein M.sub.1.sup.2+ is at least one of Mg.sup.2+ and Ca.sup.2+, M.sub.2.sup.2+ is at least one of Cu.sup.2+ and Zn.sup.2+, and y is defined by 0.001.ltoreq.y.ltoreq.0.5, and an anti-microorganism resin or rubber composition containing said anti-microorganism agent.

The beta energy emission associated with Tin, Sn-121 has an energy of 0.38 meV. There are no gamma photons emited during the decay of Tin, Sn-121 to stable Antimony Sb-121. The half life of Tin, Sn-121 is 27.06 hours.The method of preparation of the compound is disclosed along with the method of administration to the patient in need thereof.
