    Abstract: In a device for securing or sealing a twisted neck portion of a bag or sack of flexible material, a slit is provided in a housing and the latter carries a roll of adhesive tape. The twisted neck is pushed into the slit. A tape guide member, a tape cutter, an actuating arm and a spring loaded arm cooperate to effect the sealing or securing. The housing has a handle near the closed end of the slit.
