  • Patent number: 11369843
Abstract: A training system operates to provide an online training system that includes an instructional portion, a performance portion and a results report. A trainer can create training modules and/or training programs and then launch a training program in which one or more users, utilizing a user system, can participate. A training program consists of one or more training modules. Each training module is configured to first run in a demonstration mode, in which the operator streams a demonstration of the physical activity required by the training module to one or more user systems. Users can thus view the demonstration of the physical activity on the user systems. The training module then enters a trial or trial mode in which each of the participants then engage in performing the physical activity. The user systems present a video/graphical display to show various performance criteria of the training module.

  • Patent number: 11323273
Abstract: This relates generally to a system and method to generate a blockchain application for different blockchain technologies. The system provides a blockchain development framework that allows business application (i.e., logic) to be written once irrespective of underlying blockchain technologies. The blockchain development framework works in two stages. In the first stage, a user interface is provided to capture the metadata and a set of functions. Further, the blockchain development framework generates underlying blockchain technology specific code in the second stage. The user can write business logics for the business use case in a platform agnostic programming language. The smart contract can then be compiled and deployed on the underlying blockchain platform specified by the user. This enables easy portability among blockchain technologies and thus reduces human intervention while programming.

Abstract: A system that measures a swing of a bat with one or more sensors and analyzes sensor data to create swing quality metrics. Metrics may include for example rotational acceleration, on-plane efficiency, and body-bat connection. Rotational acceleration measures the centripetal acceleration of the bat along the bat's longitudinal axis at a point early in the rotational part of the swing; it is an indicator of the swing's power. On-plane efficiency measures how much of the bat's angular velocity occurs around the swing plane, the plane spanned by the bat and the bat's sweet spot velocity at impact. Body-bat connection measures the angle between the bat and the body tilt axis, which is estimated from the trajectory of the hand position on the bat through the swing; an ideal bat-body connection is near 90 degrees. These three swing quality metrics provide a simple and useful characterization of the swing mechanics.

Abstract: A platform models and correlates physical activities based on users' interactions with a simple grip-metaphor design, enabling multi-dimensions actionable information to improve the health, performance and well-being of connected grip users within like-minded communities. For example, the platform captures multi-dimensional datasets generated from activities of each of a plurality of users on the online human internet of thing platform, where the activities include physical interactions with connected grips systems connected to the online human internet of thing platform. The platform then filters the captured multi-dimensional datasets into a plurality of categories and scores the filtered multi-dimensional data by the human internet of thing platform. Finally, the platform generates a multi-dimensional information modeling for each user based on the scored multi-dimensional data.

Abstract: Copies of a distributed ledger with multiple blocks are stored on multiple computing devices. A first computing device coming into proximity with a particular object triggers generation of a new block to the distributed ledger, the new block identifying a characteristic of the object and including a hash of a previous block of the distributed ledger. The new block is optionally verified before it is appended onto the distributed ledger and transmitted out to each of the multiple computing devices so that each copy of the distributed ledger includes the new block.

Abstract: Disclosed are various examples of utilizing blockchain for tracking and auditing of systems and processes that involve Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices. In one example, an IoT event definition is installed on a gateway. The IoT event definition includes a threshold value associated with an asset type. The gateway receives sensor data from an IoT device associated with the asset type. The gateway determines that the IoT device triggered an IoT event based on the sensor data and the IoT event definition. The sensor data indicates that the IoT device triggered the IoT event based on the threshold value. The gateway transmits, to a management service, a request to record an IoT event to a blockchain. The request includes the sensor data. A block that includes the sensor data is recorded to the blockchain.
