The inventive garment/prosthesis includes an undergarment comprising a uniquely designed upper-half-bra having a special pocket for an insertable/removable upper-half-breast prosthesis that only contacts the upper portion of the chest, well above areas of surgical trauma. This provides a cantilever, permitting over-garments to drape free from contact with the chest and stomach exterior surfaces.
