Abstract: An integral thermo-press complex brassiere cup structure. The structure includes an external lining body, an internal lining body, a bag, a bag covering layer coupled on the surface of the bag made of a soft poor thermal conductor, and a material adhering layer disposed at the attaching surface of the internal and external lining bodies. The material adhering layer adheres the surface of the bag covering layer at an appropriate position between the internal and external lining bodies, and places both internal and external lining bodies into a high-temperature thermo-press mold for an integral molding process. The heat produced by the high-temperature mold is conducted through the internal and external lining bodies and delayed or blocked by the bag covering layer as to weaken the heat conducted to the bag.

The brassiere has an outer shield with pattern, two breast cups, two back band, an inner lining corresponding to the outer shield, two elastic non-woven inner pads, two steel wires, a fastener, and two shoulder straps. The steel wire is sewn to a bottom edge of the lining pad. With glue smeared onto the outer shield, lining pads, and inner lining, the brassiere can be assembled with fastener set and shoulder straps by heat pressing in the mold, thereby forming the brassiere that is seamless, tight, and ventilative.

The layer of meshed gel is subjected to a heating process for thermally bonded between the layer of stiff knitted fabric and the layer of resilient staple fiber. Furthermore, the thermally-bonded sandwiched fabric is bonded to the layer of soft knitted fabric for forming a compound fabric to make a bra cup.

Abstract: Surprisingly effective additive formulations for the reduction of highly undesirable yellowing or other discoloration of white, uncolored, polyurethane foam articles are provided. White polyurethane foam exhibits a susceptibility to yellowing and discoloration to a great extent, particularly in relatively short periods of time, than other types of polymeric articles. The inventive additives impart excellent low-discoloration properties over appreciable amounts of time of regular exposure to harmful elements, thereby according the pertinent industry a manner of providing white polyurethane foams for longer periods of time. Methods of producing such reliably white-colored polyurethane foams are also provided.

Abstract: A molded breast cup for a brassiere includes a molded cup form and laminated structure of a first panel of a flexible foam material and a second panel of flexible material. The first and second panels are substantially coextensive to each other and define a breast cup perimeter shape. Abstract: The postpartum bra described utilizes a conically formed ice replacement pack laminated between an outer and an inner insulating layer of fabric as each of a pair of thermal bra cups. The bra cups are connected to a horizontal back strap by a pair of shoulder straps. The back strap and a connecting panel between the bra cups are elastic. A pair of adjustable connectors between the back strap and the bra cups allow the bra to be tightened selectively and successively as desired.

The formed pad is thickest at the bottom for support and becomes thinner until there is only fabric along the neckline to blend in with the skin of the wearer.

The bra cups are permanently or removably adjoined by a connector that is positioned between inner side portions of the bra cups. The connector can have a variety of configurations that enable the user to attach the bra cups. The connector allows the user to create a desired amount of breast cleavage and breast push-up enhancement. The bra can also be used with a pull-up device that attaches to the top portion of the bra cups and allows the user to lift the bra cups and the user's breasts to provide additional breast push-up enhancement.

Abstract: An attachable breast form enhancement system comprising a pair of breast forms adjoined by a connector. The breast forms have an interior surface with a pressure sensitive adhesive layer that adjoins to the user's breasts. The pressure sensitive adhesive layer can be a permanently grown pressure sensitive adhesive that has an adhesion force to the breast forms that is greater than a cohesion force to the user's breasts. The connector adjoins the separated breast forms by attaching to the inner sides of the breast forms and pulling the user's breasts together. The connector can be either permanently or removably attached to the breast forms. Several different configurations of breast forms and connectors are available to achieve the benefits of the present breast form system. The improved breast form system allows a user to eliminate use of traditional bras by simply adhering the pair of breast forms to the user's breasts/skin, and then adjoining the breast forms with the connector.

When the bra is assembled with a die casting machine to mold twice at a high temperature, the steel wire is completely fixed inside the groove channel of the breast cup. This not only saves manufacturing labor time, but also allows the steel wire to entirely and closely affix to the breast cup to more completely support the breast shape.
