Abstract: A system is configured for managing security of a database associated with an organization. A fingerprint of an authorized user is captured. The data is scrambled using a scrambling technique. A list of users authorized to access the data is received from the user. A descrambler key corresponding to the scrambling technique is generated. The descrambler key is associated with fingerprints and predetermined location coordinates of authorized users. The descrambler key is configured to descramble the data when authorized users attempt to access the data using their fingerprints at their corresponding location coordinates. The scrambled data is encrypted. The system determines whether a particular user attempting to access the data is authorized to access the data by validating a fingerprint and location coordinates of the particular user. Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, described herein is a system and method for providing a live lyrics overlay in a social messaging environment. The system can utilize advances in three-dimensional mapping technology that allow social messaging services, to offer real time video lenses or overlays to their users, and extends this three-dimensional mapping technology to support for lyrics. During creation of a video with lyrics lens overlay, the lyrics corresponding to a selected song are retrieved from a lyrics source, and are displayed within the video. For example, with the lyrics lens, a user can record an image of themselves on live video, singing along to a song clip, with the lyrics of the song displayed as if they appear to be coming from their mouths. The created live lyrics content can also be shared with other users of a social messaging environment.

  • Patent number: 10911198
Abstract: Disclosed are a wireless transmitter and a reference signal transmission method that improve channel estimation accuracy. In a terminal, which transmits a reference signal using n (n is a non-negative integer 2 or greater) band blocks (which correspond to clusters here), which are disposed with spaces therebetween in a frequency direction, a reference signal controller switches the reference signal formation method of a reference signal generator between a first formation method and a second formation method based on the number (n) of band blocks. In addition, a threshold value setting unit adjusts a switching threshold value based on the frequency spacing between band blocks. Thus, the reference signal formation method can be selected with good accuracy and, as a result, channel estimation accuracy is further improved.

Abstract: An electronic device that coordinates a playback operation is described. In particular, an interface circuit in the electronic device may calculate, based on differences between transmit times when packets were transmitted by a second electronic device and receive times of the packets, relative drift as a function of time between a clock in the interface circuit and a second clock in the second electronic device. Then, the interface circuit may adjust, based on the relative drift, a clock circuit that provides the clock to eliminate the relative drift, and may determine a remaining time offset between the clock and the second clock. Next, the interface circuit may modify a future time when the electronic device is to perform the playback operation based on the remaining time offset to determine a corrected future time, and the electronic device may perform the playback operation at the corrected future time.
