The hardware processor can execute the application, characterize a user engagement with the application as being a first level of engagement or a second level of engagement, generate event data responsive to user interactions with the application, and control the batch collection of the event data depending on whether the user engagement with the application is characterized as the first level of engagement or the second level of engagement.

Abstract: A call is conducted with a first device of a user, the first device lacking captions capability. A second device of the user is identified for receiving captions for the call from among a plurality of second devices of the user based on one or more from a group of distances of the second devices to a location of the first device, display quality of the second devices, status of the second devices, and user preferences for the second devices. An identified second device is joined to the call to receive the captions during the call conducted with the first device.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed relating to proximity detection of devices and targeted information services, such as information campaigns. Disclosed methods provide targeted campaigns to a user, such as targeted campaigns to presentation devices based on proximity of user devices near the information devices. Other methods provide targeted campaigns across various applications, while other methods provide for scheduling campaigns to premises device identifiers based on an event schedule, and other methods provide a hierarchal system for monitoring different sets of premises device identifiers when a user device can monitor for a limited number of premises device identifiers at a time.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of watermarking digital media for subsequent decoding. The method includes receiving a secure content package comprising digital audiovisual content, source entity information, content annotations, and digital signatures. The package is validated using public-key cryptography. A content identifier is generated and embedded as a watermark into the digital audiovisual content. The watermark is configured to be machine readable and visually inconspicuous. A content database entry is recorded in a remote database, retrievable using the content identifier and comprising the content annotations and source information. The watermarked digital audiovisual content is stored and transmitted to the media source. The method may further include generating and storing content hashes for future authentication comparisons.

Abstract: Techniques are described that facilitate remotely interfacing with a vehicle touchscreen. According to an embodiment, a method is provided comprising determining touch controls included in a GUI configured for displaying on a touchscreen of the vehicle, wherein the touch controls provide for controlling functions of the vehicle based on first interaction with the touch controls as displayed on the touchscreen. The method further comprises generating a representation of the GUI for display via an auxiliary display of the auxiliary device, the representation comprising one or more graphical controls corresponding to one or more touch controls of the touch controls, and enabling remote control of one or more functions of the functions of the vehicle by the auxiliary device based on second interaction with the one or more graphical controls as displayed via the auxiliary display.

Abstract: Various embodiments of the present technology generally relate to data delivery. More specifically, some embodiments of the present technology relate to systems and methods for using spatial and temporal analysis to associate data sources with mobile devices. The delivery of data to support a wide variety of services for and about mobile devices that are based on data stored in corporate, commercial, and government databases which is not currently linked to individual mobile devices. Some embodiments allow advertisers to better target their ads to relevant target audiences with greater accuracy.

The charge handle is configured to be coupled to the distal end of the inline electric meter device. The inline electric meter device may be connected in various configurations. A first geohash is determined based on the first location data and a first cell tower hash is determined based on the first telecom data. The authenticity of the ride is detected based on at least the cellular network data corpus, the first geohash, and the first cell tower hash.

In some embodiments, a method for a connected vehicle that is a member of the vehicular micro cloud includes modifying an operation of a communication unit of the connected vehicle to receive, via a Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) network, a reorganization message that includes a reorganization instruction to fulfill the resource demand of the vehicular micro cloud. The method includes executing the reorganization instruction to incorporate one or more resources of an autonomous entity into a resource pool of the vehicular micro cloud so that the resource demand of the vehicular micro cloud is met.

The embodiment further operates by receiving a topic message to be transmitted to a subscriber recipient node within a second enterprise micro-forum operative within the enterprise micro-forum network. The topic message comprises modified content from the first topic and is transmitted based on transmission parameters for the originating node to transmit the topic message to the recipient node and acceptance parameters of the subscriber recipient node. The topic message is retained in the second topic of the subscriber recipient node.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A shared channel may include a set of tones carrying multiple types of control information multiplexed together. A wireless device may perform a tone classification method to determine individual subsets of tones from the set of tones for each type of control information to extract each type of control information. The wireless device may determine multiple subsets of tones correspond to multiple types of control information simultaneously based on different extraction parameters. For example, the wireless device may determine a total number of tones in a set of tones, a distance between any given two tones in the set of tones, an offset value, or any combination thereof for the extraction parameters. The wireless device may then use these extraction parameters to determine or extract two or more subsets of tones for two or more corresponding types of control information.

Abstract: Example object storage systems, bookkeeping engines, and methods provide quota usage monitoring for control entities, such as accounts, users, and buckets. An object data store is configured to enable control entities to access data objects associated with each control entity. Data objects are mapped to the control entities and the data objects are processed to identify object usage values corresponding to each combination of data object and control entity. Total usage values are calculated for each control entity and used to determine a data object access response for a target data object and associated control entities.
