The second communication device is permitted to be in the power save mode with respect to the second communication link when the second communication device is not in the power save mode with respect to the first communication link, and vice versa. The first communication device communicates with the second communication device in accordance with the power save modes of the second communication device with respect to the first and second communication links.

Abstract: A motor control method, a terminal device, and a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium are provided. The method includes the following: storing a plurality of groups of motor parameters in advance, where each group of motor parameters include a vibration frequency and a vibration amplitude of a corresponding motor; displaying a plurality of selection buttons on a user interface; obtaining a group of motor parameters corresponding to a triggered selection button as target motor parameters, in response to detecting that any selection button of the plurality of selection buttons is triggered; and driving a motor of the terminal device to vibrate according to the target motor parameters. With aid of the solutions of the disclosure, a plurality of motor vibration effects can be realized on one terminal device, and the switching operation of different vibration effects is simple and convenient, and the switching efficiency is high.

Abstract: Disclosed are various examples for remotely restricting client devices. A client device can be placed into a restricted mode in which application switching capabilities of the client device are disabled. Additionally, the client device can transmit screen capture data to a management service, which can provide the ability for an administrator user to monitor data shown on a display associated with the client device. The client device can also be removed from the restricted mode in response to a command sent from the management service to the client device.

Abstract: A computer-implemented technique can include detecting, by a first computing device, a set of user communications at least one of transmitted to and received by from a second computing device via a first communication mode, identifying a second communication mode that is available for communication between the first and second computing devices, and obtaining an appropriateness score for the first and second communication modes based on a contextual feature of the set of user communications, wherein the contextual feature relates an appropriateness of a particular communication mode for the set of user communications, and wherein each appropriateness score is indicative of a level of the appropriateness of a particular communication mode for the set of user communications. The technique can also include selectively outputting a suggestion to switch from the first communication mode to the second communication mode.

Abstract: A set of AP radios to which configurations are to be deployed is identified. A candidate deployment order for deploying configurations to the set of AP radios is determined by an order-deploy algorithm. The algorithm seeks to spread out configuration deployments to AP radios both spatially and temporally such that APs that are located close to one another in the network receive their configuration updates as part of different deployment batches with delay periods introduced between consecutive batch deployments. The algorithm orders the set of APs by iterating through a network factor hierarchy to place APs that share certain network factors such as the same band or channel close to one another in the candidate deployment order and place APs that share certain other network factors (e.g., same switch, RF domain, and/or RF partition) far from one another in the order.

The one or more conditions may be associated with arrival time of the non-SDT data and/or an amount of non-SDT data to be transmitted. Abstract: A system for communicating fleet-specific features to one or more personal electronic devices includes one or more controllers in wireless communication with a centralized computer system including one or more databases for storing the fleet-specific features. The one or more controllers execute instructions to undergo a passive wireless interaction with the one or more personal electronic devices. The passive wireless interaction involves determining the one or more personal electronic devices are located within a predefined proximity around a vehicle without human interaction. In response to undergoing the passive wireless interaction, the one or more controllers transmit one or more fleet-specific features to the one or more personal electronic devices, wherein the one or more fleet-specific features are shared by a fleet of vehicles, where the fleet of vehicles include an immediate vehicle and a group of vehicles that share one or more common attributes.

The video conference provider then receives, from a second client device, a first indication to play back the pronunciation. The video conference provider then outputs instructions to cause the second client device to play back the audio stream of the pronunciation.

A device may be presenting a multimedia item in a first mode (e.g., an audiovisual mode) on a first device. A transition event may occur, prompting the systems and methods described herein to initiate a transition request to transition the multimedia item from a first device to a second device. The second device may be analyzed to determine the constraints of the device (e.g., storage, hardware/software, connectivity strength, etc.). The first mode of the multimedia item may also be analyzed. Based on the analysis of the multimedia item in the first mode and the second device, the multimedia item may be converted from a first mode to a second mode (e.g., an audio-only mode of the multimedia item) and subsequently displayed on the second device.

Based on the inferred user preference, the secondary user device is identified according to a device status of the secondary user device, the device status indicating a device capability to perform the complementary activity. The complementary activity to be performed on the secondary user device is generated by analyzing at least one of the device activity, a device functionality of the secondary user device, and the user preference. Instructions to perform the complementary activity are transmitted to the secondary user device.

Abstract: A wireless communication device (UE) may provide information pertaining to one or more operating capabilities of the UE to LTE and 5G-NR networks. The UE may transmit information to an LTE base station directly, and to a 5G-NR base station directly, or indirectly via the LTE base station. The information may include preferred values corresponding to any number of different operating parameters associated with wireless communications or wireless communication capabilities of the UE in both LTE and 5G-NR networks, to inform and/or request the LTE and 5G-NR networks to make provisions based on the transmitted information for the wireless communications of the UE on those networks. The UE may thereby provide assistance information to LTE and 5G-NR networks in a multi-radio-access-technology dual-connectivity setting to request the respective networks to adjust certain operating capabilities of the UE in order to alleviate one or more operating issues that may be affecting the UE.

In response to determining that there is a security threat, the evaluation server sends a communication to the user device that causes the software to be quarantined.

In examples, a set of attendees (e.g., in a collaboration group) may be allowed access to a meeting by a host user with a specified access permission. If an attendee's identity is not identified or if the attendee is not a member of the collaboration group, the requesting attendee may be denied access to the meeting. If the requesting attendee's identity is verified and the attendee is a member of the collaboration group, the attendee is allowed access to the meeting with their specified access permission.
