Therefore, for a request message sent by the remote user equipment, it can be ensured that the relay user equipment returns, in the relay communication period, a response message corresponding to the request message to the remote user equipment, to avoid a case in which the remote user equipment cannot detect the response message, and to reduce a failure probability of a service requested by the remote user equipment.
