Abstract: A swing training assembly includes a shuttle, a shuttle travel track, a tensioner, a shuttle displacement line and a shuttle pulley. The shuttle resides in the shuttle travel track and the shuttle pulley and shuttle displacement line are adapted to linearly displace the shuttle to different shuttle positions within the shuttle travel track in response to displacement forces applied to the shuttle pulley by a user pulling on the shuttle displacement line. The tensioner provides an opposing counter-force to control the rate of shuttle displacement. The swing training assembly may also include body positioning limits to maintain proper body alignment while the user pulls on the shuttle displacement line.
Abstract: A golf swing training apparatus increases the efficiency of the training process for a desired golf swing. Multiple training apparatus are mounted on a support base to define the proper golf swing path and corresponding body movement. The golfer strikes a barrier when the golf swing is performed in an undesirable manner, thus providing negative feedback in the training of the desired swing yet positive results. The apparatus allows a golfer to practice a selected swing without restraints to facilitate muscle memory of an optimal golf swing and with optimal body movement.

Abstract: A golfing and batting aid is provided which enables a user to maintain a proper head position while executing the swinging of a golf club or baseball bat. The golfing and batting aid comprises a mouthpiece, a rigid support bar which is configured to extend away from the mouthpiece and towards the rear of the user's head and an inflexible connecting member which connects the rigid support element to the belt loop or waistband of a user. In operation, the user bites down on the mouthpiece and adjusts the connecting member such that it is sufficiently taut to prevent the user from moving his head while executing a swing.
Abstract: A golf training apparatus includes a head supporting stand having a supporting frame with a base and a vertically extending post which telescopes to different heights extending from the base. A head positioning arm extends from the vertical post. The head positioning arm can be a telescoping member and may have a bendable end pipe member with means for attaching to a person's head. A hook and loop fastener material may be used to removably attach a cap or visor or headband to a person's head. A mirror is supported in a frame adjacent the head support stand and has player positioning markings on the surface thereof. A player swing position guide includes a frame and is positioned a predetermined distance from the head support stand for positioning a golf player's feet and legs for a practice swing in front of the mirror with the head supported by the head support stand head support member.
