  • Patent number: 11839787
Abstract: An exercising device for fitness training includes a main body forming a container, and a first end and a second end. The main body defines a length between the first end and the second end. The container has an outer surface, an inner surface, and a substantially hollow cylindrical shape with a cross-section which varies between the first end and the second end such that the outer surface and the inner surface define a waveform. A first cover is detachably arranged on the first end and a second cover is detachably arranged on the second end. The container can be filled with a liquid which causes the exercising device to vibrate when it flows through the main body at varying speeds. In addition, a method for operating the exercising device is provided.

  • Patent number: 11607572
Abstract: Using a combination of jump rope, resistance band and boxing fitness instruments, one can get a robust anaerobic and aerobic exercise experience. However, traditional jump rope equipment requires the operator to be in a location that has ample height and space around them to accommodate the range of the rope being swung around the body. In addition, the ground surface that a traditional jump rope would be hitting may not always be ideal such as carpet, sand, and the like which diminishes the rhythm of the workout. The single unit multi-purpose jump fitness, boxing training and resistance strength device described herein eliminates the need for most of these restrictive considerations as there is no “rope” to jump over when in jump rope workout mode. Rather, the operator swings two specialized end handle units in a “jump rope” fashion while holding adjustable jump handles.

  • Patent number: 11123597
Abstract: A space saving and production cost saving inertia wheel training device is disclosed. In preferred embodiments the present invention comprises: a box where one or more inertia wheels are mounted horizontally; a pull belt which connects the inertia wheel with the user. The user stands with both feet on the box and can attach various accessories to the pull belt, like bars, harnesses, hip belt etc. to connect the pull belt to his body depending on the type of exercise the user wants to perform. The user adjusts the length of the belt to his body size. Then the user accelerates the inertia wheel. At the end of each movement of the user the flywheel needs to be decelerated or accelerated to allow the user to change the direction of his movement. The inertia of the wheel creates a braking force at deceleration and acceleration which leads to a training effect of the user's muscles.

Abstract: An exercise device including a hoop made primarily of two elements, a softer inner element and a more rigid outer element. The inner element of the hoop has a plurality of shock absorbing compression chambers projecting inwardly and formed on an inner diameter thereof. The plurality of chambers each have a convex shape formed by a plurality of ribs connected by a connecting member. The chambers are formed at an angle with respect to a diameter of the hoop and have different compression attributes when the hoop is rotated by and about the user's body in the two different possible rotational directions. In this manner, the hoop will require greater exertion to maintain rotation in one direction versus the other, and also, the impact force which the hoop exerts on the user's skin will also differ depending upon the rotation direction.

Abstract: A resistance exercise apparatus is disclosed including a weighted object, an elongate beam, a first engagement member, a second engagement member, a frame, a first bearing and a second bearing. The elongate beam extends in and through weighted object such that when the beam rotates about its lengthwise axis, the weighted object rotates with the beam. Proximal ends of the engagement members are connected to the beam and include a cavity defined and a slot. The frame includes support extensions supporting the bearings, the bearings allowing the beam to rotate along its lengthwise axis within the bearings.

Abstract: A waist exercise device has an annular rail, a slide base slidably mounted on the annular rail, and a balance weight connected to the slide base via a rope. A user wears the waist exercise device on his waist and twists his waist and moves his hips to fling the balance weight to revolve around the annular rail and to drive the slide base to slide along the annular rail. Thus, muscles in the waist, the abdomen, and the hips of the user are trained and strengthened. Since the annular rail does not repeatedly press against the waist and the abdomen, exercising with the waist exercise device does not cause damage to the muscles in the waist, the abdomen, and the hip, does not injure the spine, and is safe.

Abstract: An inertial exercise device includes a hollow outer ball and a weighted inner ball elastically suspended inside the outer ball by at least two opposing suspension members. The weighted inner ball may contain a fluid mass. The hollow outer ball, the weighted inner ball and the at least two opposing suspension members may all be integrally formed with each other. In one embodiment, the outer ball, the inner ball, and the suspension members are all formed from integral segments of a pliant tube. The hollow outer ball is formed by everting first and second end segments of the tube over the middle segment of the tube and joining the first and second end segments of the tube together at their openings. The weighted inner ball is formed from the middle segment of the tube which, in one embodiment, is a bulge in the tube.

Abstract: A versatile, functional training device of substantially elliptical shape and comprising a fluid weight that employs principles of unstable resistance as a means of increasing balance, stability, overall strength, core strength and proprioception while increasing lean muscle mass and burning calories. During operation, a user moves the device through a regimen of individualized movements, and the fluid weight moves and shifts inside the device, creating a instability at a point of resistance. The device comprises D-shaped handles with finger grooves adapted for maneuverability. The handles also may be filled with fluid to increase the weight and adaptability of the device across multiple activities and physical regimens. Measuring scales are provided on the device to measure the amount of fluid added to or removed from the device. The device may be transparent or translucent, and the fluid weight may be tinted to aid in visibility.

Abstract: A hand held exercise device for providing a user with a portable workout. The device may generally comprise a central handle diametrically disposed within and spanning across a ring element having a toroidally shaped inner chamber. Internal bumpers within the inner chamber act to limit the range of motion or travel of at least one mobile element within the inner chamber. Rotational forces imparted by the user upon the handle cause movement of the at least one mobile element that is responded to and countered with user muscle flexion. In this manner, a user may perform a satisfactory workout by continually imparting and then resisting rotation force in alternating clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
