Treadle On Opposite Approaches Patents (Class 49/134)
  • Patent number: 9783074
Abstract: The battery charging apparatus includes a charging pile, a driving member electrically coupled to the charging pile and powered by the charging pile, and a parking barrier positioned adjacent to the charging pile. The parking barrier includes a fixing base, a barrier mechanism, an elastic member, a connecting member. The barrier mechanism is rotatably coupled with the fixing base. The elastic member is positioned between the fixing base and the barrier mechanism. One end of the connecting member is coupled with the barrier mechanism, and another end of the connecting member is configured for coupling with the driving member powered. The barrier mechanism is driven to fall down when the driving member pulls the connecting member. The disclosure also supplies a parking barrier for the battery charging apparatus.

  • Patent number: 7581351
Abstract: A speed barrier includes a heavy lower barrier and a lighter upper gate. The barrier and gate may normally be positioned to allow or to restrict passing of vehicles. The barrier is configured to receive and survive the main impact of a vehicle attempting to ram through the speed barrier. The gate and barrier are coupled to allow an extension or a retraction of the gate and barrier in unison. The barrier and gate are supported by left and right columns, and an upper end of the gate is supported by the columns when the gate and barrier are extended.

  • Patent number: 6115964
Abstract: A gate structure is mounted for pivotal movement about a horizontal axis between a closed raised position and a lowered open position. A pair of operating mechanisms each include a horizontal member and a pair of support members. The horizontal members are pivotally connected at their medial portions to the gate structure. The opposite ends of each of the horizontal members are pivotally connected to one end of the associated support members which in turn have the opposite ends thereof mounted for pivotal movement about horizontal axes. Closing devices are connected to opposite sides of the gate structure for normally maintaining the gate structure in its closed raised position.
