    Abstract: A sill pan flashing is provided with a width-extendable accordion section enabling the flashing to be manufactured, shipped and installed in one piece regardless of significant variations in the actual width of a framing sill from a designed nominal width. The sill cover includes one or more accordion sections configured with a plurality of integrally formed accordion elements which may be of V-shape, U-shape, sinusoidal or other configuration, allowing the one-piece flashing to be elongated in the width direction during installation, in order to completely cover a sill member. The new flashing is manufactured in one piece for a minimum sill width and expanded as necessary during installation at the job site to fully cover the entire surface of a sill of greater width. Substantial savings can be realized while providing a superior moisture seal.

The gasket is mounted intermediate the fascia of the sidewalls of a structure and the drip edge flashing which overhangs a portion of the perimeter of the roof. The drip edge flashing has a u-shaped element which is adapted to receive a bracket which is attached to the gasket. The gasket may also be affixed to the fascia board by an adhesive. The gasket prevents ice, water and humidity from entering any of the sub-roof structure, which inhibits rot, molds or insect infestation. The gasket may be placed on new structures or retrofit. In the retrofit embodiment, a support flashing with a u-shaped element is interfit between the drip edge flashing and the gasket. In this case the u-shaped element on the support flashing receives the gasket bracket therein.

The nuts may then be tightened against the second part to clamp the circular central sections on opposite sides of a circular object, such as a vertical pipe run, between the parts. According to a variant, the bolts are permanently secured to the first part so as to prevent rotation of the bolts.

    Abstract: A storm collar includes a shield, an upper anchoring collar, support arms, and a lower anchoring collar. The upper anchoring collar secures the shield to an exhaust stack. The support arms are attached to the underside of the shield and the lower anchoring collar. Gaskets are placed between the joints of the storm collar pieces and between the exhaust stack for a tight fit. The angle of the support arms and the shield provide a compression fit based on the load supported by the shield. The storm collar protects the flashing and joints around an exhaust stack from damage caused by moisture.

Alternatively, the unified piece can be applied on the one or more mechanical penetrations. Left and right curb elements are attached to a top of the left piece and right piece, respectively. Faces of the left and right pieces are sealed to each other and faces of the left and right curb elements are sealed to each other using an adhesive/heat seal, thus forming a pocket around the mechanical penetrations, and then sealant is poured into the pocket to seal the mechanical penetrations. Extensions are provided on ends of either the right or left pieces of the target piece to provide extra insurance against water leakage.
