Patent number: 7802403Abstract: Commercial meat and perishable product refrigeration buildings commonly suffer from infiltration of moisture which normally occurs at the roof/wall junction where the roof meets the walls. Warm moist outside air is drawn into the cooler because of the lower pressure therein and once inside, forms ice which lowers the cooler temperature and causes freezer burn. By removing the building roof, and installing a moisture proof 40-50 mil thick sheet polymer membrane onto the cooler wall panels, over the top sill plate and the top header ledger board then welding it at the roof perimeter to the roofing membrane, an impermeable seal can be formed. To ensure the unitary integrity of the system, a flexible polymer mastic is trawled onto the wall panels before the membrane is affixed and a double sealing strip is screwed into the membrane though the mastic and into the wall panels.Type: GrantFiled: May 16, 2008Date of Patent: September 28, 2010Inventors: Eric John Finnerty, Darryl Jackson McCrory

The plurality of air-conditioning lines defines an outer periphery. The panel mount may comprise a hood member and a cover. The hood member may be attachable to the building and may have a hood member aperture sized and configured to accommodate at least two of the plurality of air-conditioning lines so as to extend the air-conditioning lines from within the building to the air-conditioning unit located about the building exterior. The cover may be attached to the hood member aperture and may be sized and configured to accommodate the air-conditioning lines therethrough. The cover may be conformable to the outer periphery of the air-conditioning lines once the air conditioning lines are fed through the hood member aperture to prevent entrance of undesirable material from a building outside to a building inside.Type: GrantFiled: March 10, 2008Date of Patent: June 8, 2010Inventor: William J. Patent number: 7676993Abstract: An exterior siding mounting bracket assembly used in conjunction with siding placed over sheathing of an exterior wall has a base member having a mounting flange fastened to the sheathing and a water diversion fitting also fastened to the sheathing and flashed in-part beneath the lower end of the mounting flange. A wall arrangement projects laterally outward from the mounting flange and away from the sheathing. A trim member of the bracket assembly has a partition arrangement that preferably snap fits to the wall arrangement and a trim flange constructed and arranged to substantially cover the water diversion fitting and the cut edges of the siding that cover in-part the mounting flange. Preferably, the water diversion fitting has an elongated drip edge spaced outwardly from the siding to shed water collected from generally cascaded from the mounting flange and outward from the siding.Type: GrantFiled: June 13, 2006Date of Patent: March 16, 2010Assignee: Tapco International CorporationInventor: David James Bonshor
