According to the particles, a measurement of a measurement sample can be performed at a high sensitivity even when the concentration of a substance to be tested in the measurement sample is low.

In case wherein the fluoroalkyl-group contained silane compound is of a type having the following general formula, satisfied performance of the formed water-repellent film is expected: CF3(CF2)m(CH2)2SiX3 wherein “m” is equal to or greater than 7 (seven) and “X” represents halogen, isocyanate-group or alkoxy-group, said alkoxy-group including methoxy-group [OCH3], ethoxy-group [OC2H5] or isopropoxy-group [OC3H5]. When the “m” is equal to or greater than 9 (nine), the performance of the film is much increased.
