    Abstract: A surgically implantable device is a single unit comprised of a hydraulically activated extendable cavernosal component and a manually controlled fluid transfer system composed of a pump. Flow from the pump is directed by a one way valve interposed between a bypass from an included elastic reservoir, the pump and a second one way valve interposed between the pump and the cavernosal unit. A manually controlled release valve, interposed between the outlet of the cavernosal unit and the reservoir, permits de-activation of the cavernosal unit and returns fluid to the reservoir. These components are housed by a molded tailpiece which stabilizes the device against the symphysis pubis, positions the cavernosal implant properly within the shaft of the penis and presents the controls for easy access. An access port permits adjustment of the fluid volume. The unit has utility as a tissue expander and penile re-construction in event of congenital or traumatic deformity.

A forward ring is secured to a forward portion of the belt portion. The forward ring is dimensioned for receiving a penis of the male user therein. The forward ring is secured to free ends of the pair of laces whereby the laces extend under an underside of the male user and are disposed on opposing sides of a scrotum of the male user.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a non-invasive penile erection device having a constrictor ring designed to fit against the base of a male genital or penis, and a diaphragm seal that forms a substantially air tight seal against the constrictor ring. The constrictor ring is designed to comfortably and securely fit the base of the penis. The substantially air tight seal enables the pump to produce vacuum pressures of over 17 inches of mercury. The diaphragm seal is designed to collapse around the constrictor ring and remain on during sexual activity. The diaphragm seal cooperates with the constrictor ring to apply pressure to the surface of the penis. The placement of the constrictor ring on the base of the penis and the greater vacuum pressure achieved by the device tend to draw the root or "oz" of the penis into the constrictor ring so that a more natural erection is achieved and maintained after the vacuum tube is removed.

The prosthesis (FIG. 1) is lightly lubricated for complete insertion into the male urethra. It is designed to aid males suffering from the common forms of erectile dysfunction. In use, the prosthesis (FIG. 1) is completely invisible and penetration is immediately possible. It comes with a 1-piece, semi-rigid practice device (FIG. 3) made of biocompatible plastic, which practice device is used for the training of male meatal dilation preparatory to using the prosthesis (FIG. 1). The practice device (FIG. 3) also provides the user with the preliminary experience of lubrication, insertion, removal, and the acquisition of skill and confidence in the form and use of the prosthesis (FIG. 1).

The members are also coated with a flexible preferably soft latex like thermoplastic coating so as not to irritate the user. The prosthesis includes a the first engaging portion for engaging adjacent the glans of the penis, proximate the corona sulcus and the prosthesis also having laterally extending arms for engaging an area adjacent the public bone of the user for engaging with a securing strap to allow for the provision of various comfort positions.

    Abstract: An apparatus for producing and maintaining a penile erection in a male suffering from erectile dysfunction includes a resilient ring member defining an inner opening through which the penis is inserted. The inside circumferential surface adjacent the inner opening is supple and adapted to contact the shaft of the penis. The cross-sectional area of the inner opening is adjustable between a minimum cross-sectional area which is sized sufficiently small to restrict the return venous blood flow from the penis to the torso (i.e. restrict excessive venous leakage) and larger cross-sectional areas. The apparatus includes a pair of spaced apart handles extending outwardly from the resilient ring member which allow the user of the apparatus to quickly adjust the cross-sectional area of the inner opening. In use, a flaccid penis is inserted through the inner opening of the resilient ring member and the resilient ring member is placed in the closed position at the base of the penis adjacent the torso.

    Abstract: A penis support device to help provide stiffness to the penis for those men who have trouble getting or maintaining an erection for the purpose of having satisfactory sexual intercourse. The device is made of one piece of semi rigid molded material such as thirty durometer Santoprene. The device is generally tubular in shape, having a slit running the length of the tube. The slit is wider at the head of the top where the penis head resides and narrower along the remainder of the tube. The walls of the tube are thicker at the portion opposite the slit and become progressively thinner until at the slit edge the wall is at its thinnest. The penis support device of the present invention is easily applied to the penis and may be easily rotated about the longitudinal axis of the penis to suit the user. The device of the present invention has smooth walls with not protrusions so that a condom may easily be applied over the device.
