  • Patent number: 10383730
Abstract: A method of implanting a penile prosthetic in a patient includes opening a proximal space inside of a crus penis and a distal space inside of an external portion of a penis of the patient. An implantable penile prosthetic is provided having a cylinder and a base, with the base adapted to be coupled to a reservoir and a pump and including an inflatable bladder. Inflation of the inflatable bladder of the base with liquid from the reservoir expands an outer diameter of the base to stabilize the implantable penile prosthetic within the penis of the patient.

  • Patent number: 10285900
Abstract: A device and method for the enhancement of performing fellatio is described. The device includes a bulbous member, a hose member, and a plurality of band members. The band members surround the shaft of the penis and are configured to route or locate the hose member. The hose member is positioned toward the glans of the penis. The bulbous member is filled with a liquid that is selectively dispensed by either participating party during fellatio. The liquid is routed to the glans for dispersion into the performer's mouth to be mixed with ejaculate. The liquid alters the taste of the ejaculate to enhance the fellatio experience for the performer.

Abstract: A pump adapted to be attached between a reservoir and an inflatable penile implant of an implantable penile prosthesis includes a pump body connected between a pump bulb and tubing that is attachable to the reservoir and to the inflatable penile implant. An inlet valve and an exhaust valve are disposed within the pump body between the pump bulb and the tubing. A deflate valve is disposed within the pump body between the inlet valve and the tubing. The deflate valve includes a valve stem connected between a spring stabilizer and a valve surface. An aperture is formed to extend entirely through the deflate valve.

Abstract: A malleable penile prosthetic device for implantation within a penis of a user includes a columnar body and a plurality of malleable cores within the columnar body. The columnar body has a proximal end, a distal end, and a central axis extending from the proximal end to the distal end. Each of the plurality of malleable cores extends along the central axis, is angularly displaced about the central axis from neighboring malleable cores, and includes a bundle of wires surrounded by a sleeve.

  • Patent number: 8974370
Abstract: A surgical method of treating erectile dysfunction includes implanting a penile prosthetic in a patient. The penile prosthetic includes an inflatable portion implantable into a penis that is attachable to a liquid reservoir, a pump, and a deflation assembly. The method includes implanting the deflation assembly in contact with an exterior surface of a pelvis of the patient, and positioning an activation surface of the deflation assembly away from the exterior surface of the pelvis. The method thus allows the patient to palpate the activation surface through skin.

  • Publication number: 20150057494
Abstract: An implantable penile prosthetic has an inflatable member that is sized for implantation into a penis of a user, a reservoir that is implantable in an abdomen, and a pump that is intraoperatively attached between the inflatable member and the reservoir. The pump includes a pump bulb having an internal cavity formed by a side surface connected between a bottom surface of the pump bulb and a top surface of the pump bulb. The side surface of the pump bulb provides an outside circumference of the pump bulb and includes at least two concave side walls. Each concave side wall is connected between two adjacent convex lobes of the pump bulb.

Abstract: An empty reservoir empty of liquid is useful with an implantable penile prosthetic. The empty reservoir includes a first major surface separated from a second major surface by a side wall. The first major surface and the second major surface each include a depression having a complex concave curvature with a lateral concave curvature formed between opposed sides of the side wall and a longitudinal concave curvature formed between an end and a neck of the empty reservoir.

  • Patent number: 8939890
Abstract: An implantable penile prosthesis is attachable to a pump and a reservoir and includes a distal part formed by a rear tip that is connected to a proximal part formed by a cylinder. The cylinder is oriented on a first longitudinal axis, and a distal portion of the rear tip forms a fluid chamber communicating with the cylinder. A tubing junction is integrally formed with the distal portion and communicates with the fluid chamber in the rear tip. A strain relief portion has a bore disposed on a second longitudinal axis, where the second longitudinal axis forms an acute angle relative to the first longitudinal axis, and the acute angle has a measurement that does not exceed 5 degrees. An exterior surface of the rear tip, between the tubing junction and the cylinder, provides the distal portion of the rear tip with a constant outer diameter.
