The underwear further includes an interior pouch panel. The underwear also includes an exterior pouch panel overlaying the interior pouch panel and attached to the front body portion. The exterior pouch panel includes a folded edge arranged at an oblique angle with respect to the waistband that provides an opening into an interior of the underwear.

Abstract: A cover adapted to be worn over a user's limb to shield a cast from water exposure includes a shell formed of a single layer of a flexible, water resistant and breathable material. The shell surrounds an interior of the cover, including a lower interior chamber and an upper interior chamber. An open top end communicates with the upper interior chamber and is sized to permit passage of the user's limb and the cast therethrough and into the upper and lower interior chambers. A cinch strap with a releasable securing mechanism closes the open top end around the user's limb. An inner cuff separating the interior chambers includes an elastomeric opening that fits snug against the user's limb, above the cast, and can be tightened using a secondary cinch strap and cooperating fasteners. A segment of water absorbing fabric on an interior surface for absorbing moisture and water.

Abstract: A positioning structure for the male reproductive organ, and more particularly provides a positioning structure which contributes to the hygiene, health and comfort of the male reproductive organ, and mainly includes a main body, a spacing portion, a holding portion and a positioning portion, wherein the main body further comprises at least one lower retaining portion and a waistband portion. The present invention is able to avoid the pants crotch, and enables upwardly centrally fixing the position of the penis to prevent it from falling down to one side, thereby resolving the problems of ill health, unhygienic state and discomfort of the penis resulting from constant skin contact between the penis and the scrota, while at the same time effectively preventing the problem of compression deformation of the penis when an erection occurs when wearing tight-fitting pants.

Abstract: A post surgical penis protector appliance including an attachment belt securable about the waist of a user; a shield support constructed from a length of a formable strand material secured to and extending from the attachment belt, the shield support including two drawstring attachment notches; and a fabric shield constructed in the shape of a bag, the bag having a drawstring closure mechanism including a drawstring positioned around the perimeter of an insertion opening thereof, the fabric shield defining a compartment therein sized to receive at least a portion of the shield support, the drawstring attachment notches being positioned on the length of formable strand material in a manner such that the drawstring of the drawstring mechanism is positionable in registration with the attachment notches when a portion of the shield support is positioned into the compartment.
