The pair of clothing bottoms with attachable weights includes a pair of clothing bottoms, at least one left weight assembly, and at least one right weight assembly. The pair of clothing bottoms may be any type of athletic garments such as, but not limited to, a pair of shorts, a pair of leggings, or a pair of sweatpants. The at least one left weight assembly allows weights to be selectively attached to the pair of clothing bottoms to increase the load to the left hip side of a user during a workout. Similarly, the at least one right weight assembly allows weights to be attached to the pair of clothing bottoms to increase the load to the right hip side of the user during a workout.

While the system is useful for either gender, it is particularly valuable to protect male genitalia which are particularly vulnerable to damage. The system utilizes at least one, and commonly two, armor components. One armor component is a specifically designed armor plate of the type and construction common to plates in plate carriers that is generally worn external to the pants. While the plate or “over armor” can be used alone, in an embodiment of the system, the plate is worn over a high impact ballistic cup which is inside the pants. The cup is designed to absorb impact from the over armor against the body to further protect the groin area.

However, despite the above-mentioned scientific evidence, underwear for men up to now has been produced in the same simple shape for protection against the outside without distinction from underwear for women. Abstract: The present invention comprises a modified woman's undergarment that includes a peri-pubic light compression panel allowing for compression at the incision site and a treatment dressing means for exposing the wound to a medicament. The combination of light compression and treatment with applicable medicament functions to minimize the formation of scars following cesarean section incisions performed in the lower transverse uterine or peri-pubic area. Considering the long phase of wound healing, this design flexibility allows for the use of the garment under a variety of street clothes. Unlike a girdle or abdominal support device, the crux of the invention does not require heavy or high abdominal support, although for those applications requiring girdle-type support, the invention could also be fabricated in a style that allows abdominal support along with the focused incision peri-pubic compression and incision care.

It is more dependable and comfortable than any previous invention for remedying snoring and mild sleep apnea. It lessens airway blockage caused by collapse of the soft throat tissues and the back of the tongue due to gravity by preventing a person from sleeping in the supine position where the worst snoring occurs. The design of the present device is fundamentally different from all prior art invented for this purpose. The present invention comprises an elongated polyurethane foam diaphragm with compressible, preferably polyethylene foam, stop blocks attached to its outer surface at opposite lateral sides, all contained in a fabric main enclosure which is wrapped around a person's body.
