Abstract: The present invention relates to underwear for men. Information that it is good to maintain the underbody (genital organs) of men cool have been already been attested in scientific theses of foreign universities. It has been proved that the spermatogenic ability of men (genital organs) is further higher in an environment lower by 2 to 4 Celsius than body temperature. However, despite the above-mentioned scientific evidence, underwear for men up to now has been produced in the same simple shape for protection against the outside without distinction from underwear for women. The present invention relates to 21 century underwear for men which is different from conventional underwear for men and which causes improvement in skin health and reproductive ability in a sanitary and health manner.

Abstract: A hernial truss securely and constantly applies pressure to the herniated abdominal area of the patient while minimizing the pain and skin irritations during use. The hernial truss is formed with a front member applied to the abdominal area of the patent, a rear member applied to the back of the patient, left and right waistbands attached to the front member, left and right crotch bands attached to the rear member, and a pressing pad attached to the inside of the front member. The front and rear members are fitted with the patient body by the waistbands and the crotch bands, and each crotch band connects the rear member and the front member through the bottom of the patient to press the pressing pad against the herniated abdominal area.

  • Patent number: 6494855
Abstract: A urethral prosthesis with prostatic and bulbar segments connected by two types of ties allows the prosthesis to assume at least two configurations different with inter-segmental distances adapted to situations where the patient either has or does not have normal control of the external sphincter. This is particularly useful for a patient undergoing an anesthetic procedure that affects the external sphincter muscles. When the muscles are anesthetized, the prosthesis may provide constant urine voiding, and when the anesthetic effects wear off, the prosthesis may assume a different configuration to allow the sphincter to reassert control over urinary voiding.
